I like how intuitive and visually organized Monday is. It makes it easy to manage projects, track progress, and collaborate with teammates in real time.

Sometimes it can feel a bit overwhelming with too many features, and some integrations or automations can be tricky to set up.

Monday helps organize tasks, improve team communication, and reduce confusion by keeping everything in one place. It saves time, increases visibility on progress, and makes project management more efficient and clear.

I really appreciate the ease of pulling a board together with monday Work Management, which makes organizing tasks straightforward and efficient. I find the Gantt Charts and dependencies features of monday Work Management to be less effective for comprehensive project management.

Working virtually as a team very efficient and also organizing task list is super efficient

The basic application is quite good, once you have mastered it there is a lot power that can be leveraged to get some good results.
It's key to understand, that as with any piece of off the shelf software, it may not do things or follow procedures/processes you may already have in place. Therefore you have to either create work-arounds or be prepared to adapt your SOPs/processes
On the times that I've had issues, customer service have been prompt at responding and in most cases have been able to fix the issue in a timely manner.

There are some key features that are missing and the only way to mitigate this is to purchase third-party plugins.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the excellent UX/UI of monday Work Management. It's super intuitive and makes it very easy for someone who may not be very tech-savvy. This intuitive interface is incredibly beneficial as it allows my team to use the same system across various teams, even if we use it differently. The ease of use facilitates effective communication and collaboration among team members. It also simplifies the onboarding process for new team members. Additionally, I love the feature that allows me to duplicate boards and interact with them in new ways. Onboarding was straightforward, and I was able to integrate into using the system seamlessly. I particularly value how everything is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there, making it a one-stop-shop that helps keep me organized. Overall, monday Work Management aids in managing my team, delegating tasks effectively, and maintaining good communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've encountered issues with certain integrations monday Work Management has, specifically with Zapier and another company called My Interview. For some reason, there were glitches which caused problems.

I find monday Work Management keeps me organized, serving as a one-stop shop. It allows me to manage my team, delegate effectively, and communicate well, ensuring everything is where it needs to be.

What stands out to me is the variety of information that can be represented and monitored—not just assignments or to-dos, but also items with different purposes and characteristics.

The export to PDF feature produces inconsistent results, which seem to depend on the type of data or the specific view being displayed. Additionally, it lacks configuration options that would let you focus on exporting only the most important information, such as when working with Gantt views.

The ability to move beyond traditional spreadsheets and represent data with enhanced functionality, such as item-specific updates and widgets for displaying information in various formats, is a significant advantage. This approach makes the data more visually engaging and feels much more accessible compared to other options.
Essential HR Tool for Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
For HR reasons we use this, every member is set up with each of their tasks. Ease of Use definitley!
