very good project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the design of the app, the ease of use and implementation. We use it everyday for work and it is helpful to track not just my tasks and stay ahead of the deadlines, but see what other team members do. It really saves time to go and ask them, when I can see the status and the progression of the project online.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes far too much time to sort out integrations and the templates that exist are a bit too basic. Plus, all the add ons are expensive and in the end, Monday.com is expensive to have. I've never had to reach out to their support, but I've heard from my colleagues that it is not easy, requires a lot of time, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think it mainly helps us centralise projects, tasks, and deadlines in one place. It’s solved the problem of scattered communication and lack of visibility across teams. If two people from different teams need to work on the same project, it is super easy to do so via Monday.com
It's also nice that we can all collaborate on stuff in the app, so there's no need to leave Monday.com
I often feel like that having a native chat would be a great advantage too. I know some other platforms can be integrated for this, but still.
Overall, in our small team, we can easily track progress, assign responsibilities, and stay aligned on priorities with Mondat.com that saves us time.
It's also nice that we can all collaborate on stuff in the app, so there's no need to leave Monday.com

It's intuitive and easy to use. It gives all the basic features that you need for a project management system.

Reporting and automation isn't as up to par as I would like.

It keeps track of all the projects we have and it gives a quick and easy solution to deploy to ensure projects are being tracked and timelines are being met. It also gives easy ways to track updates and communications related to the projects.

Collaboration has become much simpler. We can ensure that everyone stays informed about every detail of the project, and our boards communicate with each other through connected columns, so we no longer have to update information in several different places. This allows us to keep all the complex details for large projects organized in one location. Honestly, it's the only way we could manage to accomplish as much as we do.

There is a minor learning curve with this system. One member of our team took the initiative to become familiar with it and then helped train the rest of us. One of our older teammates needed a bit more time to adjust, though she may have some general difficulties with technology.

Collaboration is essential for us, as we manage many projects that progress rapidly. We rely on monday.com to share updates on each project, which helps everyone stay informed about the latest developments.
Impeccable Organization and Personalization on Monday
What do you like best about the product?
The organization of tasks, the possibility of including various file extensions, the possibility of including formulas for handling activities, the possibility of customization, among other things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be pre-made formulas in Portuguese, according to the areas of use (projects, requirements, etc.) to avoid the time spent on creating the formulas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned above, monday helps organize the company's tasks and manage employees and the time spent on each demand. This way, it is possible to measure the work time and effort spent on each task of a project.

What I like best about Monday Work Management is how intuitive and visually organized it is. While Monday Work Management is a powerful tool, it can feel a bit overwhelming at first because of all the features and customization options. It takes some time to figure out the best setup for your team’s specific workflow, but once you do, it’s very effective.

Monday Work Management helps solve the challenge of disorganized workflows and scattered communication. By centralizing tasks, timelines, and updates in one place, it ensures everyone stays aligned and projects move forward smoothly. It’s made my work more efficient and has reduced the back-and-forth emails needed to keep track of progress.
Great Team Visibility, But Board Navigation Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to see who is part of the team working on the same projects
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be challenging to locate a particular board after multiple projects have been created or assigned to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool keeps me updated on the status of a project and helps save time by allowing me to see which team members have completed their tasks and what progress has been made toward completion. We no longer need to hold collaboration meetings just to check on project status.

I find Monday very user friendly, and easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that fact that if multiple user are reviewing the board and move columns around or filter it effects what you are currently working on. As the main user of our account it makes it very hard to work with

This is one central location where my team can looking to see what installs we have coming up and what open estimates we have.
Intuitive, User-Friendly, and Packed with Features
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is intuitive, and user-friendly. I have had no issues onboarding new people to Monday. The barrier to entry is low, but there is still more than enough customizability and features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main dislike I have is that it can lag behind when processing large amounts of information (100s of tasks).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem Monday solves is being able to easily create a "to-do" list everyday. This list is easy to view and complete tasks on your phone while out and about during your day.
Highly Adaptable and Team-Oriented Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Its high adaptability, the clear overview it provides of projects, the ability to add and customize processes based on the project you are managing, and the way it enhances teamwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some tasks don’t appear, which can result in work not being completed on time, although this may be due to user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a clear overview of the different processes that need to be active simultaneously to complete a task or request successfully. This overview, combined with a single central place for all information, increases productivity and ensures work is completed efficiently and effectively.
Great Product Overall, Would Advocate For It At Anywhere I Went
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, easy to build boards and update items, makes it very easy to track and document.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some granular things about the tool that need updating. If you open in item in My Work view (which is generally a good feature), or you navigate to an item via the Slack integration, it pops you into a view of the task that doesn't show the due date and is not directly aligned, visually, with the parent grouping. So you have to close out the task and search or manually navigate to its grouping to find the context and, particularly, the due date. Least favorite feature/functionality by far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management. Since we moved to Monday.com, visibility into and tracking of all our many projects has become so much easier.
