Organized Interface, But Email Sync Needs Improvement

Everything has its place, enough boards and labels

Not enough prompts and sometimes the emails do not sync

Monday is solving the mix of projects on different platforms. It allows everything to be in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to easily manage my workload, keep everyone updated about projects, prioritize, and report.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the AI function is based on credits and I run out of them quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything that is related to project/task management. It makes all our process and cross-departmental collaboration extremely smooth.

Easy Onboarding and Efficiency Booster
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how easy monday Work Management is to use. After just a couple of training sessions, I felt comfortable making boards, setting product reminders, and utilizing all the filters. This ease of use helps our team get more work done quickly while keeping everything organized in one spot. The convenience of having all our setup items in one place on the monday boards is invaluable, as any team member can access them easily, eliminating the need to share emails back and forth, which significantly saves time and enhances efficiency. Furthermore, the onboarding process was exceptionally smooth and quick, aided by an account manager who helped set us up, allowing our team to be fully operational within a week. Lastly, we switched to monday Work Management because it fit all our needs the best compared to other products like Salesforce and other CRM tools, and I particularly value how it makes it easy for everyone to use, ensuring a seamless transition for the entire team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when we're connecting boards, there seems to be a lag. It's not clear if this is due to something we're doing wrong or an issue with the system itself. Additionally, when using tags to mention other team members, the alerts sometimes aren't always set up as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to centralize our CRM tools, making team setups efficient without email exchanges. It's a time-saver, keeping everything organized in one spot and improving work efficiency.
Flexible Boards and Intuitive Dashboards Make Collaboration Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you are able to create private and public boards and add who you would like to each board specifically. I also like the use of the dashboard that brings up the most used page for all the see when they open the board.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike not being able to archive a group of items, you can only minimize them to close so it just shows the title of the group, but you can't put it somewhere off the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is removing the issue of location of notes, I am able to go to a meeting and take down all the notes I need and it immediately is shared with those who are on the board as well. There is no more need to be emailing notes back and forth and them getting lost, they are all in one place and easy to access when needed in the future.
Great Collaboration Features
What do you like best about the product?
The collaborative nature it has with the work team. There is also a lot of information given (when things were added, who created a task, priority level, etc). It is very easy to know who is responsible for what task at any given moment.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are somethings that feel kinda clunky, like the automated processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management is helping us solve issues of keeping up with tasks. With many dears moving at ones, it's really easy to miss the little things, but Mondays helps keep us on top of the small things.
Exceptional Task Organization and Detail
What do you like best about the product?
The level at which you can organize tasks. Very detailed and specific. Automations are really nice to have too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a little frustrating to use on the phone app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management and task management. Keeps things in the front of my mind. I organize tasks for so many different people in different departments so having a detailed task manager is super helpful.
Excellent Task Management, But Board Creation Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I find the "My Work" function of monday.com the most valuable asset, for me - it lists everything that is due that is upcoming and essentially outlines not only my day, but the whole week as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't frequently make that many boards (we have a Project Manager responsible for this) but when I do, I find some of the board creation tools a bit clunky and slow. I think there is room for improvement in the board design aspect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At our company, we manage numerous ongoing campaigns that demand a high level of organization to achieve success. Monday.com enables us to collaborate across departments, monitor the current status of team members, check in as needed, and make timeline adjustments when necessary.
Flexible Platform with an Outstanding UI
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility and UI are great. Great for new employees

Cache speed is slow on web, desktop version required

Project tracking and task related communications
Centralized File Management and File History is helpful to track multiple projects

ability to keep all files in one spot and to view history of a project; slack integration
What do you dislike about the product?
less related to the platform and more related to adoption by our team members - it has been a challenge to remind everyone to use it vs. slack.

we have multiple departments working together and it allows everyone to stay on top of a high volume of assignments
