Monday, a useful management tool for everyone
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to manage and coordinate tasks with different teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool does not have locks robust enough to prevent team members who are not administrators from trying more advanced modules. Additionally, if it is a small or medium-sized enterprise, the support is not directly with Monday, but with an intermediary, which sometimes makes problem resolution difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps a lot in reducing emails and in giving visibility to different teams about the pending work between areas.
Collaborative & Centralized multi Project Solution
What do you like best about the product?
The number of features and customization flexibility of the platform gives so much insights on project management making each one a success.
What do you dislike about the product?
Multi notification on projects that do not pertain to me.

Time management and real time data.
Excellent Multipurpose Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
We explored a few options for project management for our small business. Salesforce was difficult to use and implement and Asana and Basecamp did not have the full host of features. Monday has been easy to use, easy to implement, and has all the features we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love to have better understanding of the automation capabilities. That is the one feature that has been tough to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can track inventory, track opportunities and accounts, and track tasks all on one platform.
Great for team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been a great tool in monitoring both internal workflow and external projects, workflow management and team collaboration. It makes monitoring and communication easy to manage.

It could improve on delivery of alerts for when changes are made and graphics

As a system administrator, monday provides a very flexible way to manage our companys jobs, the boards system works well, alongside a very easy to use API, making automation a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacking offline capability, meaning data has to be added after.

Easy central place to manage all of our systems and data

The integration with mail and ability to export data to Excel.

Sometimes the the boards lack of the capability to adapt to very specific circumstances.

I like that it's a central hub and directory for all of our organic content and our freelancers. We also primarily use it for creative project management for our marketing team.

Sometimes there are too many customizations to work with and it's confusing to use.

It provides an easy way to track projects and customize deadline reminders. It helps keep our contractors accountable.
A very necessary platform for daily life
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very comfortable platform, easy to use, and facilitates having all the information in a more organized way.

So far, there isn't anything specific that I don't like.

I haven't had any problems, it's just necessary to have more training videos.
