What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to tag people and not let tasks fall through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes setting up automations can feel confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure we all know what tasks we have to do since there are many different tasks for each team member.

What do you like best about the product?

There's nothing that I really dislike about Monday.com at the moment.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday Work Management is our main collaboration tool for our team to indicate what we are working on individually and as a team. It is useful in guiding us during our weekly team meetings. The automation tools and the integration with Google Forms is helpful in collecting data. This also provides our team with an opportunity for other employees to ask inquiries through our monday board. The platform is easy to use, organized, and has a user-friendly interface which makes it simple to access the various features.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is not being able to add a task at the top or in the middle of the list. I constantly need to drag it up which can be frustrating if I have a long list of tasks already.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems such as documenting weekly tasks, team collaboration projects, and employee inquiries are being solved through monday.

Very well organized work management tool

What do you like best about the product?
The customizability of the automations is very helpful. Being able to manage the status of each line item quickly and adding comments, files or updates to each is also very helpful. The ability to create line items via a "posting form" allows for ease of use across the office. The use of those forms allows us to seamlessly integrate and implement the system into our everyday operations and prioritize project deadlines. The help section on the site is very helpful and enhances the customer service experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use forms often. It would be nice to create conditional responses without returning unused conditional response as part of the data given after submission. Having unused or unanswered conditional response fields showing up after a for is submitted can sometimes disrupt user experience when searching for project specific data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows us to streamline or workflow form initial client inquisition through to project completion. It gives us an all in one system for all components of any given campaign including key client information and creative assets. Lastly, it allows for more streamlined cross-team collaboration. As a member of the creative team at our company, Monday allow me to speak directly with account executives and provide updates on specific projects, eliminating the need to send additional correspondence.

What do you like best about the product?
We love using Monday for multiple departments in Operations. It streamlines a ton of our communication daily, without having to send tons of emails throughout the day. Our teams were able to pick up on using Monday very quickly, because of it being so user friendly. We have been using Monday for 5+ years now, as a company, and we are always finding new ways to implement Monday throughout our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
When archiving our boards, it can sometimes be difficult looking for some things, and when moving items from group to group on a specific board, it would be easier to be able to move multiple items at the same time, but not a huge problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining our communication about a specific project to our entire company, a way of communicating where we are at, without having to reach out to multiple departments.

Easy to use and manage

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to add/edit tasks, it houses all of my projects in an easy to view format. I love that I can export them and send out, if needed, as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
What is least helpful is that I haven't quite figured out to calculate the days it takes to complete a task, and if one task gets delayed, how the rest of the tasks get updated. I'm doing it all manually, right now. Also, if I export the timeline, it takes a little time to reformat the file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility into all of the tasks required to get a project done. It's benefitting me in that I'm able to track down the necessary person/department, if needed, so we stay on task in meeting deadlines.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has helped our organization stay aligned, manage complex workflows, and improve transparency across teams. I like that monday.com offers a clean, intuitive interface and customizable templates that make it easy to get started. Its flexibility allows us to track projects across departments while tailoring workflows to our needs. The ability to visualize work in different views (boards, timelines, Gantt charts, calendars) makes it easier to manage deadlines and dependencies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Permissions can be a bit complex to manage across multiple workspaces, and there’s a learning curve to mastering automations and dashboards. Some users find the notifications overwhelming until they fine-tune their settings. Also, with limited licenses, not every team member can fully engage as a Member.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps solve the challenge of fragmented communication and inconsistent work tracking across teams. It provides a shared space where project details, responsibilities, and timelines are clear to everyone involved. This reduces duplication of effort, prevents things from falling through the cracks, and streamlines coordination with both internal staff and external partners. For us, it's improved accountability, supported consistent project management practices, and made our work more transparent and efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has all of the features, from needing a basic project management board with only a couple columns to having an in-depth project or management space that can connect externally via APIs. Their dev sandbox is very useful and documentation is thorough. The ability to have different spaces is also helpful to segment work, but you can still connect items across spaces.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any items I dislike about Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing our team to collaborate and see real time updates as changes are made. Also the ability to update via API is a large plus.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Monday Work Management is the ease of organizing work. It's simple to keep track of all your work, and it's simple to complete tasks together as a team and stay organized in that.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not any clear downsides that I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of keeping all my work (and my co-worker's work) organized.
It is benefitting me through helping me be more efficient and locked in to what I need to do that day and that week.

Flexible and intuitive product

What do you like best about the product?
There's a huge amount of flexibility and capability with Monday. You can use it to track and manage all kinds of projects, and there is seemingly no end to the capablities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often I think "I wonder if Monday can do..." and I learn it can but I'd have to pay more for that feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of progress on individual items such as contracts and budget line items, and speaker management.
