Great way to get organized
What do you like best about the product?
We have multiple teams with different workloads that intersect and monday allows each team to work independently on their tasks but also collaborate and join forces on the pieces that they need to. This has been a great tool in getting our team organized and on track to meeting deadlines. We really like the layout visually.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't make sense for businesses to add 10 seats at a time. I really wish the system would allow 12 or 13 users instead of needing to upgrade to 20 users. It doesn't make sense for us and I'm sure it doesn't make sense for a lot of medium size businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing tasks inside of a project and collaborative work amongst teams
Superb work and project management tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Our team loves working with Monday because it is fully customizable and very straightforward, easy to use platform. The section that is very helpful for my work tasks is the ability to upload files and add links and notes and collaborating with the rest of the team on specific items.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be a rabbit hole for someone who is anal in task personalization, sectioning etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of collaborating with the team on projects and tasks that involve the whole members of the team.
Monday Used for transformation and operations of 8 department - in the ExCom of a listed company
What do you like best about the product?
Allows me to have an overview a huge quantity of of projects (more than 40 at the moment, with more than 500 action items), with live data and the ability to drill down on any painpoint / blocker. this also allows teams to collaborate much more effectively. The solution has been really well accepted even in very "non tech friendly" population :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Imprecision on charts : there are mistakes in consolidated data (% of progression cumulated of 500 items is "glitchy").
The limited capability in terms of charts customization (impossible to change charts font / size / text position...) --> this could turn monday.com into a ppt killer and boost its value added / ROI.
Managed templates are a beatiful promise but we cannot convert existing boards into these, meaning we should rebuild our portfolio from scratch... So we dont use them...

Managing a large quantity of data, ensuring we have full visibility on both operations (countries heatmaps) and transformations (projects status)

What do you like best about the product?
I've used Monday.com for two of our businesses now. It keeps our employees informed, organized, and our processes streamlined. It is so versatile, and easy to apply to any type of business and industry. New employees find it very easy to use. It takes a lot of the "guess work" out of our employee's daily routine.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has not been anything I dislike about the Work Management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of information, autonomations, and streamlining processes.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Monday.com lets me connect with different services and stay plugged in all at once. It keeps everything—from communication to file sharing—in one place, which makes collaboration seamless and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s frustrating that keywords in task comments aren’t searchable. Important details can get buried, making it harder to find information quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep track of all my tasks and stay focused. Since it integrates easily with Google Workspace, it’s much easier to manage documents, emails, and schedules all in one place. It keeps everything connected and organized.
Extremely user-friendly and great for organization
What do you like best about the product?
I love the automations to keep all the tasks organized and keeping the team on track. It is simple to add guests from other companies to integrate them in to the workspace and stay on top of client work. Our team uses Monday daily to coordinate daily tasks and prioritize work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you don't get more features with the basic plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management is solving the issue of disorganization and team separation. Since we are a remote company, monday helps us stay in constant communication with each team member throughout each project.
Monday has been an excellent project management tool for my Marketing team.
What do you like best about the product?
While there is a fair amount of tools Monday.com offers, we utilize the project management tools for managing our marketing projects. We are able to systematically take marketing requests from outside sources, outline our projects, and manage all areas of our marketing efforts. The new AI tools have also assisted our team in creating content outlnes, summarize project status, and builid out useful workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the functionalities we are using is positive, what would be a nice improvement would be a closer synchronization to our HubSpot instance. Right now those software systems don't directly update each other and that causes some redundancy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solves our project management gaps.
I can be a bit scatter brained but this platform keeps me in check so I can see my work load.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way the platform is setup and it allows for easier task management and organization.

There is nothing I dislike about the Monday platform.

It allows us to keep all of our pertinent tasks in one platform. It sets reminders and reminds you of project deadlines.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday Work Management is extremely helpful in streamlining communication and collaboration between all our internal departments. Boards are connected so we don't have to wonder whose statuses are at what point, and updates are consistent for everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating some automations and integrations isn't as intuitive as one might hope. Basic automations are easy, but often I have to have someone from our team who is more proficient in Monday boards help me with building the automations I need to keep my boards clean.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At any given time, I have several projects going that need varying degrees of attention. Without monday Work Management, I would have a very difficult time keeping everything straight and updated properly. It makes it easier to keep notes and deadlines prioritized, especially if project updates come only once a month or so, and I have much less mental work to do to recall where a project is at.

What do you like best about the product?
It has many options to add any sort of information, including files and links, yet it doesn't feel overwhelming or complicated. The UI is very clear and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find a good way to track after ongoing tasks, like a task you need to complete on a weekly basis, without creating a new task each time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Tracking and documenting marketing resources such as in-house videos, banners and influencer videos. As a user acquisition manager it's easy for me to work with the other departments and track after my request.
2. Managing my tasks. It's helpful to track and prioritise my tasks as well as see what my team members are working on. Plus, my manager can also track the tasks he assigned to me without having to ask me
