Enhances Productivity with Automations, Needs My Work Space Stability
What do you like best about the product?
I love the automations offered by monday Work Management, as they significantly save us time by handling routine tasks such as marking tasks to begin and sending reminders. The integrations with other software that we already use make our workflow so much more efficient. By integrating seamlessly with tools like Google Drive, email, and the calendar, monday Work Management ensures we stay on track and maintain oversight of all tasks and projects. The dashboards are incredibly efficient; they provide a big-picture view of where we stand with our projects, which is invaluable for managing our team's workflow efficiently. Additionally, I found that transitioning to monday Work Management from our previous tool ClickUp has been beneficial due to its increased efficiency, more automations, and user-friendly interface. The initial setup was straightforward, thanks to the easy import of data from spreadsheets, which made the onboarding process smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some team members working on multiple projects simultaneously who own numerous tasks, the My Work Space page sometimes crashes. This issue prevents them from seeing all their tasks in the workspace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to improve efficiency by clarifying priorities and building detailed workflows. It integrates with our existing software and automates tasks, which helps us stay on track with projects and see an overview of our progress.
Seamless All-in-One Platform for Effortless Documentation
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Monday.com is seamless. Everything I need to do is in is in one place. I can complete all my documentation in just a few minutes without needing to navigate away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our data is vast and on my laptop there is nothing that is not available to me. On the app our data prevents some of the tools from functioning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the things I need to retrieve frequently are completed documentation. I can easily find all past notes for info or export.
Effortless Workflow Management and Seamless Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
monday Work Management is extremely user-friendly and can be tailored to fit our internal workflows and requirements. We have also integrated it with both Slack and Jira, which helps keep all stakeholders informed in real time. It was straightforward to implement with our operations team, and we rely on it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little that I dislike about monday Work Management. The only challenge we've encountered has been visualizing our particular customer implementation phases within the calendar view or dashboard, which we prefer to use instead of the Gantt chart. Other than this personal preference, we have not faced any technical issues or problems with customer service when using monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team is responsible for overseeing a complex customer implementation program, deploying our software and services to facilities nationwide. We manage numerous distinct tasks that must be completed before advancing to subsequent phases of implementation. monday Work Management has been instrumental in helping us organize this process and ensuring that no tasks are overlooked. The automations have played a crucial role in our success, allowing us to automatically generate tasks as accounts move between different phases. This functionality keeps our team aligned and provides instant updates through integrations with our Slack channels and the product team's Jira board.
Simple to Use, But Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it is to use. The site is very clean and modern, and I really appreciate that!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there is only items and subitems. I'd like to be able to add more subitems under the current subitems. It makes it difficult to manage certain projects that I am working on because I like to be very detail oriented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday provides a really simple system for me to organize all of the projects that I manage on a daily basis in my work. I also collaborate with my team members pretty easily on Monday, which is nice because it allows us to keep things out of email all of the time.

Allowing a team of 10 to all work different parts of the same task simultaneously. Tracks history.
Simplicity at Its Best
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity is one of its main strengths. The interface is straightforward, making it easy to navigate and manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
The formulas are somewhat complex and take a bit of time to become familiar with. It may require some practice before you feel comfortable using them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier to work together with other team members.
Effortless Project Management and Team Communication
What do you like best about the product?
The organization and automations made it so easy for my team to stay on top of all of our ongoing projects and services and communicate effectively with clients at every step.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't turn off notifications in the inbox for outgoing emails sent using automations on boards you're on, even if they are only relevant to another team member. Because of this, I get a couple thousand items in my inbox each week. You are able to sort by things you're tagged in directly, but I sometimes miss important updates because they get lost in those email notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday makes it easy to keep track of project progress, service setups and ongoing optimizations, support tickets, and content calendars. We also integrate it with PandaDoc to effortlessly send thousands of new service, cancellation, and renewal contracts and be able to track whether they have been signed yet directly from the relevant item on each board.
Effortless Organization and User-Friendly Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I love how many different ways you can group things. We have so many different ways to categorize our organization and its very helpful. Monday.com is also very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe how you can't message people from your contacts. We have to use GHL for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing our organization and making it easy to contact each other on different tasks/projects.
Exceptional Automations and Customizable, User-Friendly UI
What do you like best about the product?
It has great automations that allow me to complete my work at a faster rate. The UI is very pleasing to work with, and is customizable to a great extent. Customer support is very quick to respond as well. Our team uses it every day, and it's very easy to onboard new team members, get them trained up, and off to the races.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some automations I would like, such as being able to automatically populate text from one box to another after a certain action is completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When managing projects and many many tasks, Monday.com makes sure they all have a home and stay organized with seamless workflows.
A powerhouse for business management, invaluable for big teams but maybe too big for simple projects
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has been an incredible system in terms of organization of. I have never used a management system that has as many capabilities as Monday does. You can create custom workspaces and board views for your particular role that allow an entire team with diverse roles to seamlessly stay on track with projects according to their individual needs. After a period of time understanding just how much Monday can do, almost everyone on our team was able to understand and utilize Monday effectively and implement its system into our team workflows. Monday is used daily on our team not just for tracking projects or clients, but we have also been able to adapt Monday functions to request PTO, track events on a calendar, send team-wide alerts, and more. In summary, Monday has been an incredible powerhouse in terms of everything that it can accomplish with just one system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because Monday has so many features and capabilities compared to other project management softwares that it can become overwhelming to build a comprehensive management system to cover all your needs. It may take a period of time to fine-tune boards and connections to other boards before having a comprehensive system. Tags and "Trigger" functions have glitched in the past, causing some confusion about project status at times; however, this has mostly been resolved within the past several months. The "crossboards" search mechanism can be somewhat confusing when trying to quickly find specific boards or pieces of information. Within the past year or so, we have also experienced an issue with Google Drive files attached to a Monday: when a file is updated or corrected on the drive, the link on Monday will appear as if the file is in the owner's trash, rather than refreshed. It requires the file to be manually uploaded after each set of updates, which disrupts designer workflow, but this may be the fault of Google Drive and not Monday. To summarize, Monday's being able to manage and track such a large amount of information with as many capabilities as it does can lead to glitches that need to be monitored and fine-tuned as needed, but Monday support has been incredibly helpful in resolving these issues. For smaller businesses or management of simpler projects, Monday may be over-qualified.

Monday support has been very helpful when there is a "trigger" mechanism that needs to be fine-tuned. They have also been available to our team for any questions about email generation and "crossboard" notification mechanisms.
