What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to use - I hardly had any training but have no issues navigating through it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to complain about. As it seems very easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use to use shared spreadsheet which was slow and errors can happen easily without audit trails. Monday.com remove these Slack and Bottlenecks.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday gives me a clear, visual way to manage creative pipelines—from briefing to delivery. I love how customizable it is; I can build boards that adapt to motion graphics timelines, content calendars, or asset production with ease. The automations, status tracking, and integrations (like Slack, Adobe CC, and Microsoft 365) help me manage both internal and freelance teams efficiently without losing sight of priorities or deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features require advanced setup to work efficiently—like dependencies or complex automations—which can slow down onboarding new collaborators. Also, the mobile app isn’t as smooth when it comes to handling large boards or high-volume updates, which limits flexibility on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the complexity of managing many creative projects at once—especially when working with mixed teams (in-house and freelancers). It gives me clarity on timelines, feedback loops, and asset delivery, helping prevent bottlenecks. It's also great for documenting processes and making creative production more repeatable, saving time and improving accountability.

What do you like best about the product?
i really like using monday, it brings structure to all the things i have to do for work & keeps a trace of all the updates. it's user friendly, you can do different things with it and also keep an update of projects. i's a tool you use daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes i don't get all the notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- keep an eye on the proces of a project
- it's a reminder of all things you have to do
- easy way to comunicate with coleagues about a project without having to e-mail or call them
- easy way to keep records of all the updates

What do you like best about the product?
Best thing about using monday Work management it's that it's easy to use, to assign tasks and to update stakeholders in those various tasks. We can add new people and they easily know how to handle the basics. There's also plenty of options such as automations that make life way easier. There is also many, many features which makes it a very complete tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's always many options in order to do one thing but it's hard to know what the most practical/useful one. For example there's many options to send a file to someone : you can put a link in the update tab, upload the file directly in the project or put a link in the link tab and I feel that for new users it can be confusing on what the best solution is and are the pro/cons of each one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to centralize all tasks linked to a project into a single place. We divide all steps of the projects and put them on monday which allows us to inform and update all stakeholders of the progress of those projects.
I also use it as a task manager tool. I put all my tasks on monday so I can put updates and deadlines and thus know what my priorities are. It also allows other people to see what project I'm working on right know which can be useful in the case of an unplanned absence.

What do you like best about the product?
I use monday.com daily as a central hub for our team. It’s extremely intuitive—easy to pick up even after a few hours. We had an agency set it up for our specific use case, and the automations have run smoothly ever since with minimal issues. Support is responsive and generally helpful, and while very technical requests can be complex, that’s expected. The platform offers a wide range of features, and the team continues to release genuinely useful updates that help us optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up complex workflows or automations can be challenging. Simple tasks—like triggering reminders based on dates—often require workarounds and aren’t as straightforward as expected. It’s surprising this functionality isn’t more user-friendly, especially given the demand for it in the community.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly use monday.com to manage our pipeline of campaigns and keep sales and operations aligned, and it’s been a huge help. Before, there was a lot of back-and-forth and things would occasionally slip through the cracks, but now everything’s centralized and easy to track.

It’s made it much simpler to see where each campaign stands, who’s responsible for what, and what’s coming up next. The ability to build out custom workflows and use automations has saved us a lot of time on repetitive tasks and helped reduce miscommunication between teams.

Having one shared space where both sales and ops can collaborate in real time has really improved how we plan and execute campaigns. Overall, it’s helped us stay more organized, move faster, and keep everyone on the same page.

A User-friendly Progress Tracker That Keeps Everyone Posted

What do you like best about the product?
I never used Monday.com until my current job, but the tool was so user-friendly and self-explanatory I was able to get myself familiar with the system instantly and rely on it on a daily basis.
The tables / boards our team uses are all highly customizable, so whenever our company or team undergoes restructures we are often able to easily adjust the boards accordingly without losing any of the previous records.
Files saved on external clouds can be linked or uploaded with a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if admin users / board owners can set up notifications when no progress or update is tracked for certain tasks after a period of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our team to view progresses made collectively and avoid duplicated efforts. The visuals on Monday.com also gives me a good idea of the workload I need to anticipate for the near future. A great tool for time and human resources management!

Shut Up and Take My Money!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is my favorite project management tool in my day to day work. Its easy to use, self explanatory, and has a ton of features that I use as well as some that I really want to use but I'm only on the free plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to upgrade to the standard plan (not the basic plan) as it has so more features that I would like to use but can't because in order to upgrade to any plan you need to pay for THREE SEATS. My business is only two people so I don't need to pay for three seats for an entire year. I have reached out to Monday to ask about only two seats but NOPE. I want to give them money but they tell me to use the free plan if I don't want to pay for three seats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can work and assign tasked with my partner. We can set deadlines, send updates, and overall stay on the same page,
