What do you like best about the product?
I like monday Work Management's highly visual dashboards, flexible workflows, and strong automation capabilities. It really adapts to different team needs. The visual boards make the project status instantly clear, and I can see priorities, owners, deadlines, and blockers at a glance, which reduces the need for constant follow-ups and saves my time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think advanced automation, reporting and permissions settings can be more complex and require clearer guidance as usage scales. The automation recipes are powerful, but it's not always clear which automation is best for specific use cases. Dashboards are flexible, but sometimes I struggle to decide which widgets or metrics are more meaningful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to plan, track, and manage projects, tasks, timelines, and team workflows. It replaces scattered spreadsheets and manual tracking, providing clear visibility into ownership, status, and progress across teams.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive and visual it is. It makes tracking tasks, timelines, and ownership really easy, even for complex projects. Very user-friendly once you get the hang of it. I use it daily at work, very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features take time to set up properly, and it can feel overwhelming at first because there are so many options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It centralizes tasks, communication, and timelines in one place, reducing confusion and helping the team stay aligned and productive.
All-in-One Solution That Simplifies Magazine Management
What do you like best about the product?
You don't need to hold the information for managing your company in your brain, it's all there for you on the software program
What do you dislike about the product?
You're dependent on a computer/ software program and sometimes there's something valuable to the old-fashioned way of using pen and paper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work for a magazine. All the information about articles, writers, due dates, editing tasks, article scheduling was in our head. Now it's all on the software. Things don't get lost. We don't forget things. We can see it all laid out.
Love the colors
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very user friendly project management application. It does have more features but the general interface is easy to use without figuring out the extras. It's visually colorful which I love.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to figure out the integrations. Sometimes I gave up.

Shared collaboration on projects with our client.
Perfect for small to medium projects, seamless use
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate monday Work Management for requiring no training. It can be used by anyone and everyone understands it. Additionally, there are numerous apps and interfaces that are useful. I find it particularly helpful that data can be exchanged between the monday apps via interfaces, so that every employee is always up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, large projects cannot be managed with it. For that, monday Work Management needs to be further developed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can handle small to medium projects in an agile and easy manner. The data between the Monday apps is exchanged via interfaces, so that every employee is always up to date.
Versatile and User-Friendly Project Management for Students
What do you like best about the product?
I love all the options Monday gives you while keeping simple enough for novice users. Great for keeping track of school assignments and important deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
could use some more integrations but other than that it’s pretty efficient and free project management choice.

Boosts Communication and Transparency for Nonprofits
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how monday Work Management helps increase communication and transparency for our team and advisory board. The communications bubble and notifications are great, and I like that you can connect it to Slack and other apps as well. It allows our advisory committee to ask questions about projects and grants, and our staff can answer the questions. The answers stay with the projects forever. The initial setup was very easy; we started with a simple board and then moved our Excel data into it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be nice for columns to have both visibility permissions and locking permissions, not just one or the other. We also struggle with using monday Work Management for financial things and connecting it to Jotform for our grantee report submissions. I struggle with getting the documents over from Jotform to monday Work Management without doing it manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management for collaborating on our project pipeline, grants, and reports management. It enhances communication and transparency for our team and advisory board, allowing our committee to ask and answer questions, with responses linked to projects permanently.
Keeps Me Organized and On Track Effortlessly
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps me organized and on track. I can automate tasks and can get all the info and details out of my head and into a system that works beautifully.
What do you dislike about the product?
How many options and layers it has to keep things organized on multiple levels, all the way down to the most minute detail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run my own business and there are a million details to keep track of, Monday.com helps me get all the things swimming around in my head out and into a functional system that flows beautifully and helps me use my brain space for what matters most, the work at hand.
Streamlined operations in an all-in-one plateform
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and collaboration between teams

some features are lacking to better streamline our workflow and some workaround are not always bringing the expected results
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helped us streamline our entire processes from HR to Finance by centralizing everything at the same place (rather than using multiple lecgacy systelm that were not really well connected). It helped us save time and gained on productity while provinding better overall vision to our management teams.
