What do you like best about the product?
Monday has been a lifesaver for me; I can add all my tasks in one place, and there is no need to create multiple Excel trackers for various clients. Everything is added in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited task addition, the Monday team can increase the number of tasks that can be created.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of monday work management being able to track tasks on various projects. I enjoy the automations the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
The part i dislike is that it takes some people a little bit more time to understand the workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We deal with alot of stakeholders and creative requests. Monday.com helps us stay on track of our requests and their statuses.

What do you like best about the product?
I highly appreciate the ease with which I can change the status of projects, add new fields, and tag team members for updates in monday Work Management. This functionality greatly enhances the fluidity and adaptability of our workflow. I am particularly impressed by the Gantt chart views for date tracking, which provide a clear and structured visualization of project timelines. Additionally, the feature that allows us to include an email address to effortlessly add an item sent through Gmail directly to a Monday board is incredibly convenient and streamlines communication and task management. Furthermore, integrating Gmail and linking to spreadsheets and presentations within the platform is heavily utilized and adds a layer of efficiency to our collaborative processes. The initial setup was a breeze thanks to the comprehensive online help, tutorials, and the excellent support team at Monday, ensuring a smooth transition for our team. The array of added features that monday Work Management offers has significantly contributed to improving our project management efficiency and effectiveness.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the undo option in monday Work Management to be lacking. The process to access update history and revert changes is cumbersome. A straightforward 'Ctrl Z' or similar quick keyboard command would greatly improve the user experience, especially for correcting simple typos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to centralize project updates, easily change status, and track progress with Gantt charts, enhancing our workflow and coordination.
Automations Make Project Management Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of monday work management are the automations. When working on multiple projects at once it is complicated to keep track of due dates and necesary follow ups, but with automations this is manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found something that I dislike about monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps with project management and task management. I also have archived the process of annual events on a monday board.

What do you like best about the product?
I find it very easy to use. For every project I've wanted to set up on Monday, creating a board has been straightforward. I also appreciate how convenient it is to access the platform from my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Transferring Monday boards into a printable Excel document doesn't always go smoothly for me. I think I might need some additional training to improve this process.

It has resolved several communication problems.

What do you like best about the product?
You can customize the boards and groups to fit exactly what you need, and the automations really help save time by instantly updating everyone in the group about any changes. The implementation process was straightforward; when I first set it up, even people who were completely unfamiliar with the platform and not very tech-savvy were able to get onboarded with minimal assistance. The customer support is excellent, with an almost immediate response time that resolves issues nearly every time. I use it daily to manage all finance, accounting, and administrative processes. As for integrations, once you get used to them, they become easier to set up. However, the new 'help me build with AI' feature can sometimes alter your intended workflow, requiring you to redo things manually, but overall, it's manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up dashboard views can occasionally be quite challenging. While Vibe offers all the necessary features for app creation, I found that the beta version was plagued with numerous bugs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform allows me to track the entire back office process, from creating invoices and monitoring their status changes to managing payment terms. It also provides access to all accounting and administrative information, including insurance policies and employee documents. Everything is visible, always up to date, and available in real time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the shareabilty of the boards and the ability to control what clients see what board.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can't limit who sees board activity.

Tracking status of projects and deliverables associated all in one place with key stakeholders is a total game changer. Plus it's super intuitive to use.

I really like the ease of use and flexibility that monday Work Management provides. Its simplicity makes it a great tool to maintain a smooth routine for organizing and tracking various tasks, notes, and communications—unlike other tools that feel cumbersome or are not designed for such comprehensive coverage. I find the ability to coordinate tasks among team members in different time zones very helpful, allowing us to keep track of what needs to happen efficiently. The macro search functionality is incredibly useful for finding conversations or names quickly, which has become one of the most helpful features for me. monday Work Management hits a sweet spot in terms of complexity and flexibility, distinguishing itself from other task management systems that are either too simple or too complex. The initial setup was effortlessly easy, which was a big plus. Overall, monday Work Management meets my expectations by providing a reliable, manageable solution for keeping track of various work requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that monday Work Management lacks a consistent standardized database, which makes it challenging to manage contact information efficiently. When I input contact information from events or conferences, the data easily falls into silos rather than being integrated into a unified master CRM. I need a smarter contact database that can consolidate and tag contacts based on where and how I met them, and offer insights into their potential relevance to events or products. Additionally, customizing monday Work Management for specific needs after initial setup is difficult. Having AI guidance or expert support for configuration would make it easier to extract full value. It would also be beneficial to have improved integration recommendations for tools like LinkedIn and Apollo.

I use monday Work Management to track data and tasks, coordinate distributed work across time zones, and streamline communication with CRM features. It effectively helps manage content creation, event management, and ensures all team members stay aligned.
A User-Friendly Platform with Automation and Portfolio Tools
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it is easy and use. It has a lot of automation features, which I use. I like the dashboards and portfolio feature as well.

Dependencies do not work well on Monday.com
