Easy and so fun to use!
What do you like best about the product?
How many ways you can easily customize your own dashboards. Also, the templates provided are super useful as well! Also love the color coordination and you can truly have everything in once place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to upload information from an excel sheet into a dashboard
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work Managment keeps everyone on the same page and allows everyone to stay on the correct timelines and keep up with where each campaign/project is at, at any stage.
Real time & simple collaboration experience
What do you like best about the product?
It’s a very visual and intuitive platform that lets you manage projects, workflows, and team collaboration all in one place. As someone working in insurance industry with many clients to manage, I think you’d benefit a lot from it.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't had many issues with the platform, but if there's something to highlight that i don't like is the Monday.com version for android. I think it can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps save time, reduce mistakes, and get a better overview of our workload.
Easy to navigate, create boards, and keep organized!!
What do you like best about the product?
I don't know what I did before Monday! Creating boards is so easy, and I love the functionality of rearranging the columns, adding check lists, writing notes for others to see - it has made my job so much easier!! Great and efficient way for a team to stay up to date and on the same page to get projects done!! Having all your files in one easily viewed space is a place too, also huge fan of the gantt charts!
It is very easy to use and understand, I use it every day with multiple teams. The customer support is timely and very helpful.

There really aren't any downsides of Monday that I have discovered - maybe in the customization of the columns.

Monday has been extremely helpful with communication and task management.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to communicate on a particular task within a project and know that everyone on the team can access the information without having to go to different software such as email or spreadsheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the automations would have better time options. Such as instead of every six months do________ , I wish Monday.com could say every May 1st send a reminder. Basically have more calendaring functions in the automations.

What I like best about monday Work Management is how easily it keeps complex fraud prevention tasks and InfoSec projects organized and visible. The customizable boards help me track investigations, implementations, and deadlines in real time, while also streamlining communication across teams. It’s especially useful for maintaining accountability and staying audit-ready without added manual work

What I dislike about monday Work Management is that while it's highly customizable, setting up more advanced workflows or automations can be time-consuming without prior training. A more intuitive setup guide or templates tailored to security and compliance use cases would make it even more efficient
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management helps solve the challenge of tracking multiple fraud investigations, InfoSec tasks, and cross-functional projects in one centralized location. It reduces the risk of missed deadlines or miscommunication by providing real-time visibility, ownership clarity, and automated updates. This has improved my ability to prioritize critical issues, respond faster to risks, and maintain documentation for audits or reviews.
Not user friendly software
What do you like best about the product?
Overall the idea is good. We finally started understanding what's going on with our projects. Thanks to Monday.com. The process and the management of tasks are perfect - as a tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's expensive. I have found Boridio.com which is many times cheaper then Monday.com. Why should I use the same tool for more money?

With Monday.com we understood that there is no way we can forget about an important task. Also it helps me to understand who works better in the team.
Work Management Highs and Lows
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about the Work Management is the workflows that allow a visual for the automations that occur. Previously, it was difficult to keep track of the process in your mind, especially for boards with multiple intertwined automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how there is no way to have a workflow loop back on itself or combine. For instance, if I need to email a different set of people for different paths, it would be nice to be able to not have two identical workflows for future stages. I would also like integration to Sharepoint/Onedrive/Box from the desktop app.

Helps me provide clarity on Project status to multiple stakeholders.

Its customizable dashboards, automation capabilities, and robust integration options with third-party tools streamline workflows and reduce manual efforts. Collaboration becomes seamless with real-time updates and notifications, making project management much more transparent and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is powerful, some advanced features require a steep learning curve, and occasional lag in performance or sync issues can disrupt workflows. Improved offline capabilities and more flexible reporting options would further enhance the user experience. More data types should be introduced along with functions to use logics and basics calculations.

It has significantly streamlined our project and task management processes. It solves the challenge of scattered project data by centralizing all tasks, timelines, and project updates in a single, easy-to-use platform. With clear visibility into project progress and resource allocation, managing multiple projects and portfolios has become much more efficient.

Monday.com keeps everything in one place and everyone in the know.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploading photos or files takes a couple of goes if it’s a larger file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Delegation is easier and everyone knows where everyone else has got to with a task/event etc and you can check the updated status without emailing to find out where people have got to with it.
