The only way to work

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is the only tool that works for me. As a designer, I struggle to manage my time well, but this streamlines the process. I am able to understand at a glance which projects are due and the status they are currently at. Without Monday, my schedule would be all over the shop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Literally nothing. It does everything I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s solving my time management issues and communication issues. Everyone is aware of where a project is up to and the due date expectations.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy and seems to be forever updated to accomodate for ongoing changes and functionality for us - we can swap and change things just based on team discussions and one of our financial people can make those changes very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It still can't be an all in one system for our particular industry in construction given all the rules and regulations around occupational health and safety. It does a great job for record keeping and syncing in with things - but we still depend on other software to drive our payroll and in-depth operations with work placements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is interactive as I noted earlier and more so than any other software we have currently used or used in the past.

A Game-Changer for Event Planning and Admin Work

What do you like best about the product?
I'm an event planner and administrator for a large church and community center, and I’ve tried a bunch of different apps to stay organized. Monday.com really stands out. I love that it sends me text updates when there’s something important going on—like if there’s an issue they’re fixing. But my absolute favorite thing is how many automations you can set up. It saves me so much time! And their AI tool for building automations is amazing—it’s honestly way better than the ones I’ve used in other apps. It just makes everything easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don’t love is that some automations still need third-party apps to work. I really wish more of them could just happen directly within Monday.com without needing to connect to something else. That said, there are still tons of automations built into Monday that make it a super powerful tool, so it’s not a dealbreaker—just something I hope gets even better over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Emailing customers with event updates used to take me hours to type up, and plug in their info. Now, with an automation, I just click a button, and it emails the customer with every update and custom field that they need to know about their upcoming event. This alone has saved me hours of work a week.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can collaborate with team members & clients directly in our Monday.com boards. I love using the review/markup & comment features

I love how nice it looks - the UI is great
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the plan hierarchy - ex: I dislike that you need such a high amount of seats to get the pro version, but without pro, you can't use predecessors. I think that even the most basic plans should have predecessors, as that's a very basic project management need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps me keep my projects on track by having everything in one place - our workback schedules, internal & client review of deliverables

What do you like best about the product?
The all in one nature & the way it connects my team. No more long email threads, no more dropping the ball. We've got everything in one place (and can pull data from it!)
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the filter features don't make sense within the dashboard settings. (Ex: I'd like to pull data "from the past year," "year to date" or from a set date range, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding and roster management is now streamlined. It's also helping me plan, schedule, and track social media.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very flexible without it becoming a burden. It works great for creative workflows out of the box without a lot of tweaking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its flexibility can be a curse sometimes if you are not disciplined in how you create projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of production, design, marketing, development and video across a half dozen brands including internal and external talent and assets.

What do you like best about the product?
very easy to use and help us manage the sales very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is necessary to use Make.com to implement advanced automation features, as the existing built-in automation capabilities are too basic.

All relevant information should be consolidated in one place so it can be shared and discussed with the team.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is easy to use, has great online support (chat, library, etc). It is very flexible and can be adapted to meet your company's specific needs

Some things are a bit confusing but can usually be resolved with an online chat or viewing the library

Keeping all employees aware of projects and on time for completion

i haven't found what I dislike about it.

The program is super easy to learn and is very team friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all the app integrations are easy to setup.
