Easy to start using, crucial for projects management
What do you like best about the product?
As soon as I started using Monday.com I was able to implement it in helpful ways. I have about 200 projects and tasks at any given time, and Monday.com has allowed me to stay on-task without missing anything. I would be lost without it. I especially utilize the boards and the ability to see status and updates instantaneously when I'm in a board. I utilize the documents a lot too, especially for meetings.
I have successfully implemented Monday.com in our small marcom team, adding two other colleagues. Keeping track of group projects is also especially easy and helpful. I use Monday.com every single day with my job. I like how customizable it is, even down to color choices, which make it not only easy to organize and interpret, but also fun to use.
I dislike work management systems that are calendar-based. I appreciate that Monday.com offers many different ways to input and view projects.
I honestly refer Monday.com to anyone who is struggling with work management or looking for solutions.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the boards could include a document. I haven't found a way to do this yet. I often want to take more detailed notes or meeting notes alongside the board but on the same page.

To be honest, I have to be doing most of the problem solving on our end, Monday just push me to upgrade instead which doesn't work for small a business

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Monday for years and love how organized it keeps us! We have boards for nearly every area of our business. If my team needs to check on client fulfillment, it's there at a glance. When we're ready to share an affiliate link to a product we use, it's so easy to find. The best part for me is keeping all of our testimonials and proof ready to find at a moment's notice.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a little learning curve to get your boards operating the way you'd like them, but once you know how to do it one time, it's easy to replicate.

Monday keeps every member of our team on track, and we always know how our work is benefiting the company as a whole and our clients individually.
Monday.com's Work Management Tools Are Game-Changing
What do you like best about the product?
As a fully remote team, Work Management allows us to collaborate seamlessly across a multitude of sectors. The flow of communication is easy to follow, and email reminders ensure that messages aren't missed. As a team manager, I love Work Management because it allows me to easily delegate daily tasks and check in on projects without micro-managing team members. We frequently onboard new interns, and the platform is intuitive and easy to train/integrate new users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Work Management has a multitude of capabilities, I often feel we are not utilizing all of the features to the best of our ability. This really is no fault of the platform; we simply don't spend the time learning these capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work Management solves the problem of email inbox "overwhelm." When trying to manage projects via email, communication can be missed, misunderstood and sometimes lost to the trash folder. With Work Management it easy to visualize project statuses, as well as keep track of updates and questions within each work segment. This helps us eliminate unnecessary time expenditure searching for the email communication and file attachments as it is all conveniently organized in monday.

I love how user-friendly Monday.com is—its customization options make it easy to tailor for any workflow or industry. Whether you're in marketing, IT, HR, or operations, Monday.com has something for you. As a certified user and long-time advocate with over 5 years of experience, I can confidently say it's a powerful tool that adapts to your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any tool, Monday.com has its drawbacks. The interface can become cluttered, especially in Table view, which may overwhelm new users—even with filters applied. Boards with no relevant results still show up, and at times, filters or chart expansions don't provide accurate data. For agile teams, the lack of built-in velocity or burndown charts is a gap, and managing agile workflows could be more streamlined.

One of Monday.com's standout features is its ability to offer a clear portfolio-level view, which is incredibly valuable for management. It helps leadership track progress across multiple teams and projects in a single glance, improving oversight and strategic decision-making.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday's customization features allow us to use different templates for planning. We really love that we can give colleagues visibility to projects, allowing for better communication and collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that we don't love is that people who can view boards cannot respond to emails where they are tagged.

Monday allows us to process orient event planning for our enterprise. monday is easy to use and intuitive in most ways. We love the customization options and visibility features.

It helps us sync in several projects in a way that there is clarity and transparency to follow up projects and tasks.

My only thing is sometimes the automations are tricky but overall you learn how to do it and works well

It helps to create visibility for all the team and help us to keep track of several projects in a very convenient and efficient manner.

What do you dislike about the product?
difficult to work with functions and limits on automations and abilities. Some red tape in what you can do. I have been moderately impressed with the customer support. I wish there was a speak on the phone feature. They are fairly fast at getting back to the customer.
