What I like most about monday Work Management is how intuitively it organizes complex workflows into simple, visual structures. It’s incredibly easy to keep teams aligned, track progress in real time, and automate repetitive tasks. The platform reduces friction, increases accountability, and gives full visibility into projects without creating extra work. Overall, it helps teams move faster, collaborate better, and stay focused on what actually matters.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of monday Work Management is that some of the more advanced features can feel a bit complex to set up at first, especially when building highly customized automations. It can also become overwhelming when multiple boards and dashboards accumulate, making navigation less streamlined. Additionally, certain integrations occasionally require extra configuration or don’t sync as seamlessly as expected. Overall, these are manageable issues, but they can slow teams down when getting started or scaling processes.

Monday Work Management helps solve several operational challenges by centralizing workflows, reducing communication gaps, and improving visibility across projects. Before using the platform, it was difficult to track progress, align cross-functional teams, and keep deadlines organized. monday streamlines all of this by giving a single source of truth for tasks, ownership, timelines, and priorities.
As a result, it reduces duplicated work, minimizes miscommunication, and speeds up decision-making. It also makes it easier to manage complex, fast-moving projects by automating repetitive steps and providing real-time updates, which ultimately improves team efficiency and project delivery.

I really appreciate the appealing colors and the intuitive UI/UX of monday Work Management, which make it very easy to learn and get on board. I find it easy to work with daily, and the robust search mechanism prevents me from getting lost. I particularly like the software’s ability to automate many different processes, which streamlines workflow and increases efficiency. The platform's collaboration features are another highlight for me, facilitating effective teamwork. The ease of use in initial setup was impressive, allowing me to get started quickly with the management boards and solution architect all ready for immediate utilization. monday Work Management is a comprehensive system that handles a variety of projects using Kanban boards both internally and externally with teams and customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think implementing more AI features within monday Work Management could be beneficial. This enhancement could help to better understand, correlate, or preview tasks, and provide insights about different activities I'm engaging in. This would improve my workflow significantly by allowing me to work seamlessly even without deep familiarity with the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management for effective time management, resource allocation, and knowledge sharing. It handles sprints, dailies, external vendor coordination, task tracking, and process automation, enhancing project management both internally and externally.

API rate limits and occasional column-type inconsistencies can slow down heavy integrations.
Also, performance on very large boards (50k+ items) tends to drop, and certain features—like subitem permissions and formula-automation interactions—still need maturity.

monday Work Management addresses the challenge of bringing together project tracking, automation, and integrations within a single platform. In my position, I handle both development and configuration tasks, and this platform enables me to create complete workflows without the need to rely on several different tools.
By leveraging its Workflows feature and custom app development options, I have automated previously manual processes, integrated external systems using APIs, and successfully migrated legacy workflows from other platforms into monday.com with little difficulty.

What I appreciate most about monday Work Management is how simple it is to visualize and organize all our projects in a single location. The boards offer a lot of flexibility, which makes managing tasks much easier. Overall, the platform provides me with a clear, real-time overview of our priorities, progress, and any bottlenecks.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, maintaining a clear structure and quickly locating the appropriate board or view can be challenging without strict oversight. Additionally, certain settings and permissions are hidden within various menus, which means that making simple adjustments can take longer than anticipated unless you are already familiar with their locations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our project, we have various stakeholders involved, as well as participation from different departments. It is very straightforward to track the progress of each person's tasks, identify where any bottlenecks may be occurring, and keep an eye on the deadlines for specific items.

The platform's ability to highlight deadlines is particularly useful for managing project timelines efficiently. I also value the collaborative features, as they allow me to share updates and revisions easily with fellow teammates, which helps in maintaining clear communication across the team. Delegating projects to others is simplified with the platform, promoting seamless teamwork and project management. Additionally, I find the archiving ability of completed projects to be highly beneficial for retrieving details and assets when needed, ensuring that historical project data is accessible and usable for future reference. Over the six years we have used monday Work Management, I have noticed significant enhancements, particularly the improved calendar updates which make data entry far easier. Overall, these features contribute to a stronger production standpoint and make my project management tasks more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the submenus in monday Work Management can sometimes be overlooked, which can lead to missing important features or information. Although the Gantt chart is somewhat useful, the table feature in the comment section is clumsy and awkward to use, making collaboration less efficient. The initial setup was a little challenging, particularly when adding Boards and specific columns to address company details, which could be streamlined to simplify the onboarding process.

It can be difficult to get all of the linking and workflows configured the first time when using Monday. Developing a good template isn't trivial the first time around.

Tracking your To Dos. Keeps everyone organized. Easy to customize workflow with automation options and many features.

Automations take time to learn. If we could tell AI what we want from automation, and if it could automatically suggest us the automation set up required.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, and I like that I am able to search for files that I need. It helps keep information all in one spot, and it allows you to see other requests so you know you aren't duplicating items.

I don't have any complaints. I have quick access using my favorites, and the forms are easy to use.

It prevents us from duplicating requests and jobs since we can all see who is submitting tasks/jobs/requests.

What I like best about Monday Work Management is how incredibly user-friendly it is. I use it every day at work, and it makes organizing my tasks simple and efficient. I work across 3–4 different boards daily, and switching between them is seamless. The platform keeps everything clear, connected, and easy to manage, which really helps me stay on top of my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing I dislike is that the notification filters feel a bit disorganized. It can take longer than I'd like to sort through updates and find what’s actually important. Everything else works smoothly, but the notifications could be more streamlined.

Monday Work Management helps me stay on top of my personal tasks while also keeping group projects organized. It makes it easy to see whose turn it is to handle the next step and whether we’re on track to meet our deadlines. Having everything laid out in one place keeps the team aligned and helps me manage my workload more efficiently.

I appreciate the user interface and the versatility of monday Work Management, which allows me to easily build whatever I need without much hassle. The initial setup process was very easy, enabling me to get started quickly. I find the platform immensely useful for managing my workflow in both the slaughterhouse and as a CRM. Its ability to sync information between field results, customer orders, and billings is invaluable for my operations. Furthermore, the platform’s integration capabilities are impressive; I successfully use monday Work Management in conjunction with Engini, to sync with my Israeli ERP, Priority, which Pipedrive could not achieve. Overall, these features not only enhance my productivity but also streamline processes that are crucial for my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes experience issues with automations lagging or not working temporarily, which happens quite frequently. Additionally, I'm frustrated that the automations I create on the computer do not consistently work on the mobile app.
