Monday Work Management is an Operations Game Changer!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Monday give me multiple ways to set up custom systems and workflows that can suit my team as opposed to me trying to make a specific system work for us that doesn't fit us. I've gone down that road and it was a massive headache. I love that it easily work with my Gmail accounts and when I have a problem, their customer support chat is one of the quickest and easiest that I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly if I were to say what the downside is it honesty isn't from Monday itself. It's getting the team members who were around BEFORE using Monday to buy into the new system. That is by far my biggest roadblock.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem Monday solves would be helping smooth the flow of information. I'm not looking at mutliple badly titled email threads trying to find the information I need or keep everyone in the loop. Instead, I can use the inbox to filer everything cleanly or notifications to always be on top of things.

It's very intuitive and helps me get updates faster than traditional means

I wish Monday had an alarm like Google Calendar to help us remember urgent tasks
and sometimes I search for the client's name in the search bar in the left column and it doesn't appear, so I have to go to the search bar at the top of the page

It helps me stay organised and keep track of everything in one place. No more chasing emails or forgetting tasks it just makes my workday smoother and less stressful
Exactly What We Needed: Efficient, Clear, and Collaborative
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about monday.com is how intuitive and flexible it is. It adapts perfectly to our team's needs without requiring complex setups. The platform makes it easy to visualize tasks, assign responsibilities, and follow progress in real time. It has greatly improved our internal communication and allowed us to centralize our project management in one clear and collaborative space. The automation features also save us valuable time on repetitive tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very easy to create too many boards, which can become overwhelming and make it harder to stay organized. Without a clear structure or strong governance, teams can quickly lose track of where things are. A bit more control or guidance around board creation would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com helps us tremendously with project management and recurring tasks. It allows me to track progress without constantly messaging my team to ask for updates. We use it to share information about marketing actions, follow up on employee benefits, and manage end-of-month accounting tasks. Having everything organized and visible in one place saves time, reduces misunderstandings, and keeps everyone aligned.
Never Have a Case of the Mondays
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Monday integrates with Slack. I never miss when I'm tagged in a comment or assigned something thanks to the Slack integration. In addition to Slack, Monday works with a lot of other software solutions. One of the things I like most about Monday is how simple and straightforward the interface is. You can make it automate with Google Sheets too which is really really helpful. It's ready to go once you purchase a subscription, there's almost no set up required, so, implementing it is really up to you and your team. I use Monday every week at least, if not every day. I've never contacted Customer Support but I'm sure they're wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be easy to get lost in all of the options and your organization should really discuss how you plan to organize the solution once you start using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's providing us with a shared space for our internal stakeholders and our clients. We are able to collaborate on our implementations, track issues, and our clients have a space to ask how something works or report issues. It also really helps with us getting to immediately address items that require immediate attention, again, via slack.
By far the best collaborative tool in the market

I love how monday.com centralizes tasks, timelines, and team communication in one intuitive platform—making project tracking clear, fast, and collaborative.

Sometimes the automation limits and lack of advanced formulas can restrict complex workflows, especially for users managing cross-functional or multi-tenant operations. (Pro version)

monday Work Management helps us centralize project planning, streamline team collaboration, and automate repetitive tasks, saving time, reducing errors, and keeping everyone aligned across departments and clients.

Simplify collaboration and requests
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com simplifies project management no matter the type of project! It also allows for the generation of forms, which can simplify requests and especially their tracking. In a team, it's also a good way to track the work of colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automations are quite limited and there is a lack of communication features between the tables (if a row is updated in one table, it is not updated in the other tables).

What do you like best about the product?
Easy way to access company checklists, track your time and stay up to date with recent updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get tedious to copy and save the same tasks that we need to do daily. An easier feature would be appreciated

Sometimes it takes a long time to load or pull things out to an Excel file.

We have hundreds of jobs that go through our shop each week, so Monday makes it very easy to understand where each job is in the production process.
