Keeps my working life on track
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is able to manage pretty much all the information I gather during a working day. I tend to think of it as the ultimate spreadsheet replacement - whereas a few years ago I'd reach for Excel any time I needed a list, now I'll go straight for Monday and make use of not just the clear layouts but the ability to assign people and deadline dates and to automate actions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations with the way Monday processes information - for instance you can't use a formula cell to trigger an automation. There are marketplace apps to work around limitations like this, but the cost can start to add up for what really should be built-in features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday can act as the single point of truth in our organisation and the way to make sure everyone is on the same page about what needs to be done and who's going to do it.

After years of use can't say I really dislike anything about it.

Keeps track of all our production jobs and our event statues
A useful everyday tool for project management
What do you like best about the product?
I use this work management tool for a variety of tasks. I love its ease of use and versatility.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had a chat feature so that I could talk with my coworkers live, rather than tagging them in an update post and waiting for them to see it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having an all-in-one place to manage a design/construction project. It makes things so much easier to see the big picture, from the timeline of a project, to all the tasks that go into it, from start to finish and being able to see progress on said tasks.
Invaluable tool for multiple projects
What do you like best about the product?
This has changed the way work for the better. It's now easy to see multiple projects at once and the progress within them. Whats better, the whole team love it too!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are quite a few apps that make life easier that are not part of the subscription
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping a track on all the prjects that we are looking after at the same time. Previous tools were useful for large projects but this helps with loots of smaller projects

What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use, and makes managing my workload so efficient. I literally use it hourly and love the fact we can customise it to how we work. Whenever we've had any issues, their customer support team are on hand to help. Would highly recommend.

There is nothing much to say, but, sometimes, minor glitches onto the interface can be annoying and a bit confusing.

Very easy to store different types of data, modify at any time.

It's hard to tell and find a flaw, it seems almost perfect :)

The number of calls to mobile phones has been significantly reduced.
managing "real-world" tasks at Hasherut
What do you like best about the product?
monday.com has become the central tool for running our operations at Hasherut.
It’s incredibly flexible — we use it for everything from internal projects to client task management. The automations save us tons of time, and the integration with Make.com helps us tailor workflows to our needs. The interface is user-friendly, and it’s easy to onboard new team members. The ability to customize boards for each client and build clear dashboards is a huge plus.

What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard capabilities feel limited — there’s no way to easily track trends (like comparing today vs. yesterday), and you can’t run calculations or manipulations on formula columns inside dashboards or boards. I often find myself creating a lot of workarounds just to achieve basic goals, which can be frustrating. Also, the pricing goes up quite a bit as you scale users and features.

monday.com helps us centralize all our work processes at Hasherut (Tasko), eliminating the need for scattered spreadsheets and endless status meetings. It improves transparency across teams, making sure everyone knows what they need to do and when. Automations save us from repetitive manual work, and the integration with Make.com allows us to scale processes without adding more people. Overall, it helps us deliver projects faster, stay organized, and provide better service to our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love the most is likely the ability to quickly create projects with sub-tasks. I also love the form that can be shared with colleagues to gather feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once a board becomes a bit too big, I find that it doesn't react quite well, and I feel there should be some built-in tools to help reduce clutter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just being able to visualise what projects my team is working on and who is assigned to each task.

Limits flexibility for smaller teams or projects with tighter budgets due to some advanced features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using monday.com, it was hard to track project status across teams and took a lot of time. Now, everything is in one place tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities are clear and easy to follow. It has helped us work faster, stay on track, and avoid delays. The automatic reminders and updates also save us time.
