What do you like best about the product?
Monday is easy! I mean, super easy. Our ultra-technical team members love it because they can build all kinds of workflows and code to plug into our Monday account, and our non-technical team members appreciate it due to the visuals. From a UI perspective, it is just easy on the eyes. We have transitioned our entire company to monday.com for all workflow management. Additionally, they are constantly developing new features, so if you are patient enough, the feature you wish for will likely be developed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that I wish they would improve on is the linking of the boards. Using the mirror function can be a bit clunky, and to be honest, it is significantly easier to do in Excel. Monday continues to bring us improvements in this area, but it is still clunky. The other area that I like and dislike is the number of apps you pay for if you need your board to do more sophisticated things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage thousands of patient records and these records are updated monthly. This helps us manage the staff time and patient workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the structured approach and the way it offers frameworks and templates, which save me from having to begin with a blank page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m not a fan of the tiered pricing structure, where you have to pay extra for features that I feel should be standard on the platform. It’s also frustrating that inviting guests eventually increases your seat count, which leads to additional charges. While I get the reasoning behind this, the way it’s implemented feels sneaky and lacks transparency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has made it much easier to track workflows for our course portfolios and to report on our current status. It streamlines the process and helps us stay organized.

What do you like best about the product?
BETTER COORDINATION IN SAME SHIFT AND BETWEEN SHIFT EMPLOYEE. stay informed and update to every discussion and topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can submit training and new features that AI enabled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows messages to be sent between departments and shifts, as well as between employees, making it easy to share updates or notes about previous shifts and teams.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how well the software lets me adapt templates to my needs, create multiple views and dashboards, and interfaces with other software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to have personal workspaces not overcrowded by lots of team boards not relevant to your specific work (which is likely more about how our org set it up rather than the capabilities of the software)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can group and regroup times in various views that help suit needs (eg participants for different breakout groups and activities). I can track work I do for and with colleagues wirh dashboards. I can oraganise my portfolio of projects to help manage tasks and crunch times as well as milestones across multiple projects.

Intuitive UI once the system is set up correctly

What do you like best about the product?
The UI of the tool is pretty intuitive once the setup is done correctly
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a fan of all of the notifications it sends out but after getting more familiar with the platform, I was able to build rules in my Outlook instance to organize where I needed things to go in order to manage all of the emails. Then I discovered where to set my email preferences in Monday.com. I also am not a fan of how I have a particular view in Monday and the email notifications default to a different view whenever I click on the CTA in the emails. As soon as I change the view to MINE, the comments on the right rail disappear, which causes me to have to go hunting for the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps solve what needs attention at any moment in time and helps us make specific people accountable for their tasks. It quickly identifies who's not doing their job or where a bottleneck exists in our processes.

Effortless Task Management with the 'My Work' Feature

What do you like best about the product?
I like the "my work" section that summarizes the work assigned to me, by due date, across different boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could share across organizations better. I have a monday.com account, and so does my client. But there is no way to have a live shared board between us, you can only copy one board at one time and then work with it from there. That is the biggest flaw in my opinion

prioritizing what tasks to tackle when. sharing all tasks for a project with my client team
