Great Progect Managment Platform
What do you like best about the product?
It’s the simplicity and flexibility. It’s really easy to use, and I like how you can customise it to fit different workflows. Plus, the visual layout makes it easy to see what’s going on without digging through clutter.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that the mobile app can sometimes be less intuitive or slower compared to the desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me gain a comprehensive view of a project’s workload, allowing me to track progress in real time. This enables me to stay proactive, identify potential delays early, and ensure deadlines are met efficiently, ultimately improving project delivery and team coordination.
Great solution for intuitive project management
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to use, easy to teach others how to use, customizable, and has a number of great automations and features to make our lives easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The view can be challenging, especially when working on a smaller laptop. There is a lot of scrolling involved to see all of the columns. Would really suggest the ability to advance through columns using the arrow keys as opposed to having to go to the bottom to find the scroll bar and scrolling back and forth each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides our team with an automated process for logging and tracking all of our various projects. It helps me by being able to establish timelines for each project and see those against various charts/views in order to ensure I am scheduling accordingly. It also helps me to be able to assign owners and then track (somewhat) the workload of each of our team members. The dashboards are a huge help in automatically and continuously generating our metrics for our quarterly reviews, and we have all of the information available at-a-glance when needed as well. It has saved me specifically a lot of time in all of these aspects.
A Project Management System For Everyone
What do you like best about the product?
When compared to more traditional Project Management systems, Monday.com is so intuitive and easy to use that any member of a company could use it. The templates, boards and workspaces can be as basic or as detailed as you need and the graphics are a great way to get an overview of how a particular region or larger project is working.
The automated help AI is also brilliant and I use this regularly to check how to add new items, 9/10 it is possible to do exactly what I was thinking.
I'd recommend Monday.com to anyone.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only hinderance I can think of is not being able to alphabetise when you have a lot of folders, or being able to select multiple folders at a time to move these. However, this is a really minor bit of feedback and the pros massively outweigh the cons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows all members of a Project team to work cohesively, whether they have extensive experience or not. It also allows me to consolidate reports into visually clear overviews for regions or companies, so escalations are simple and quick to amend.
Project Management, Product Development, using monday on daily basis for almost 6 years.
What do you like best about the product?
One of the most helpful things about monday is how intuitive the platform is. You don’t need hours of training to start using it – everything is very visual and user-friendly, which makes onboarding new team members quick and easy.
What I really like is how much time it saves. Instead of jumping between emails, spreadsheets, and chat apps, I can keep everything in one place. I can create boards for each project, assign tasks, set deadlines, and track progress at a glance. This helps me stay organized and avoid missing anything important.
Another big upside is how flexible monday is. Whether I'm managing a marketing campaign or planning new project, I can customize the workflow to fit exactly what I need. I can choose different views like Kanban, timeline, or calendar, depending on the type of work I'm doing. Automations are also a great feature – they help cut down on repetitive tasks, like sending reminders or moving tasks between stages.
Overall, monday Work Management makes collaboration so much easier. Everyone on the team knows what they should be working on, and updates happen in real time. It’s really improved communication and transparency in our team.
If you're looking for a tool to simplify your work, stay on top of deadlines, and get more done without the stress, monday is definitely worth trying.

What do you dislike about the product?
While I really appreciate how much monday offers, I have to say that one of the least helpful aspects for me is the sheer number of features available. The platform is packed with advanced tools and options, which can be a great advantage for some teams, but for me, it's a bit overwhelming. I often find myself using only a small part of what monday can actually do, mainly because I simply don’t have the time to explore all the other features.
It’s not necessarily a downside in the traditional sense — the tools are there, and I’m sure many of them could be useful — but it can feel like a missed opportunity. I’ve already developed habits around certain views and functions that work for me, so I don’t always feel the need to change or explore new ones. As a result, some of the platform’s potential remains untapped in my day-to-day work.
In some ways, having too many options can slow you down, especially when you just want to get something done quickly. I think a simplified version or some kind of guided tour for underused features could help users like me get more value out of the system without feeling overwhelmed.
So while monday is extremely powerful, the learning curve for its more advanced tools might be a bit steep for people who are short on time or already used to a specific workflow.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management helps me solve the challenge of managing a full project portfolio in one centralized and easy-to-understand place. It allows me to keep track of multiple projects at once, without losing sight of key deadlines, responsibilities, or progress. What’s especially helpful is that the way information is presented is clear even for stakeholders who don’t use monday on a daily basis.
This transparency really improves communication and alignment, especially when I need to update others quickly or highlight potential roadblocks before they become actual problems. I can easily show where things stand, what's on track, and where we might need extra support. It saves time, reduces confusion, and helps everyone stay focused on the bigger picture.

An absolute life saver in a fast moving world
What do you like best about the product?
I find it incredibly helpful in managing my workload, seeing my schedule, and keeping track of the status of projects. It has helped make sure everyone on our team has full visibility and makes it easy to pass projects between different team members without losing context.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I have about monday is that on occasion notifications don't come through. This makes it very frustrating since people may be waiting on me to do a task but I was never notified of it. Several team members have experienced this issue as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped our team to keep project details all in one place which makes it so much easier to pass projects between team members. It has also helped everyone to have full visibility of how much open time each person has for the week to distribute the workload across the whole team.
Work Management has completely transformed our business
What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to use and set up. helps our entire team keep track of everything that we do in our business. the process has allowed us to become completely paperless.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is sometimes a bit of lag with the updates being made. some automations struggle to operate if they are too complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
having the ability to help us run our entire business. having everything in one place is so easy to manage and navigate easily to where we need to be.
Customizable, but missing some useful features
What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely customizable and user-friendly. The automations are fairly easy to set up and logical in their construction. I love that groups can be color-coded and renamed. Being able to restrict the permissions for specific columns is extremely useful, especially when it comes to things like budget numbers.
It is easy to reorder and delete items and to share important files. When the automations work, they are very helpful in staying on top of important tasks.
Monday's customer support is unparalleled; one of Monday's representatives spent an hour on a call with me helping me learn the automations, and he was incredibly helpful and patient as I figured it out.

What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever Monday updates, it breaks my automations; however, I receive no warning or notification of this. I only find out when an automation that was supposed to fire fails to do so. I also don't like that my "when item is created notify owner" automation now requires two separate automations for parent items and subitems. The automations don't have enough options for subitems.
There doesn't appear to be a clear way of tracking and managing the budget specifically; rather, you have to jerry-rig a bunch of features together in order to get something resembling what you're looking for.
It is difficult and non-intuitive to remove people from the board; you cannot simply remove them from the list. You have to dig deep into the settings and remove them completely, like a virus.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a centralized location for all of our project information and a way to notify people of new tasks and remind them of due dates. Monday does a great job with both.
Monday.com keeps our clinic organized. Easy to use, with helpful boards and status updates.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is user-friendly and highly customizable, making it easy to set up and manage tasks. The platform's integration with tools like Google Drive and calendar apps has streamlined our workflow. The customer support team is responsive, always ready to assist. I use it daily, and its broad range of features—from task tracking to automations—keeps our team on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the ease of use is great, it can take time to fully implement and set up all the advanced features. For teams new to project management software, the learning curve can be steep at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management helps solve the problem of disorganized project tracking. As a graphic designer, it benefits me by providing a clear overview of tasks, deadlines, and revisions, making it easy to manage multiple design projects at once. The ability to collaborate with team members, set clear milestones, and keep everything in one place has improved efficiency and communication. It also helps streamline approvals and feedback loops, ensuring I stay on track and meet client expectations.

Simply stated, Monday.com is intuitive and user friendly! I've implemented it at two different companies and recommended it to several more, because it's so easy for people to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not a lot to dislike. If I had to get nit picky, I'd say it's not as robust as other PM tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It eases collaboration.
Monday facilitates my management
What do you like best about the product?
It is an easy-to-learn system that can help maintain greater control over the projects managed from their entry, KPI monitoring, to their billing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to receive training that helps me optimize the program more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage the projects; previously, the company did not have visibility of the projects being worked on in terms of task management and having a history of them.
