Monday gives big ROI for organizations capable of leveraging its broad functionality.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about MWM is that it prevents tasks from being lost in the shuffle between emails, verbal communications, texts, and messaging platforms. It promotes productivity and accountability.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitations I see are primarily a product of user discomfort, both when new to the platform and in ongoing usage. A tool like MWM requires adoption by end users and commitment from the organization's management to leverage its capabilities to the greatest degree possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary problems solved are tracking of tasks, shepherding them through to completion, deliniating responsible parties, associating tasks with projects and the ability to create sub-groups of tasks within a project. The primary benefits have to do with expediting workflow and creating accountability so we don't have to ask questions like, "Who's responsible for the next step(s)?" or "Where are we on this?"

What do you like best about the product?
It makes tracking very easy and user-friendly. Even the customers are comfortable using it. This tool has been my source of all my work management for almost 2 years.
Its intuitive interface allows me to stay organized without getting overwhelmed.
Real-time updates and notifications ensure I never miss a deadline or important task.
The collaboration features make team communication smooth and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automations are difficult to learn for me. However, that's one of the best things that it owns as well.
Once set up, they save a huge amount of time by handling repetitive tasks automatically.
I may struggle at first, but the long-term benefits are worth the effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management is solving several key problems for me, primarily around task organization, collaboration, and automation. The platform brings all my work management into one place, which has saved me time and reduced the stress of switching between tools.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday Work Management does exactly what its name implies, it helps you to manage your work and does it seamlessly. It's easy to use and visually beautiful, has a great Ux and UI design, an excellent customer support team, and works perfectly with integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes specific tasks are difficult to create, such as setting a subtask timer. We tried to establish an organized workspace using tasks and subtasks and even got to install the timer correctly. The problem begins when we need to download our monthly reports; the timer in subtasks doesn't show and it's difficult to present.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The application has helped us with time-tracking and organizing our team within multiple projects ongoing. The best thing that happened to our team was being able to track time, this way we're capable of getting better results and working with clients to create more efficient workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it helps me stay organized by tracking mine and my team's projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to visualize which projects you are working on when viewing the full dashboard at times. My team has a lot of projects in the system and it can look messy at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping us keep track of all projects our team is working on.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps our firm to not only track the task available to us but also allows us to track the time it takes to complete a task and manipulate the boards to cover a vast array of topics

Notifications can often be numerous and tedious.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of Monday Work Management is the ability to assign tasks to different team members and track their progress on each task in order to assure that projects are completed by the set deadlines. An upside is that there are separate chat boxes for each task. This saves me a lot of time because I don't have to go searching through emails, texts etc. to find conversations about specific tasks. Conversations are easy to access, right where I need them to be, so that I can refresh my memory about various aspects of the project whenever I need to. I also love that Monday is extremely user friendly!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only downside to Monday Work Management is that there are probably more features available than I know how to use. I just don't have enough time to dig into their helpful trainings and tutorials, but I'm glad they're available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management solves the problem of collaborating with multiple team members over the course of a project. Our team has multiple projects going on at once and Monday makes it easy to see the timeline for the entire project, each team member's assignments, their progress on the assignments, and see when the assignments and tasks are completed.

What do you like best about the product?
Very helpful with daily comms for review. All of my colleagues can document what they addressed on there shift versus what the rest of us face on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search features when selecting a topic are a bit clunky. Results don't remain selectable. You have to search again for the same thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Calendar creation only visible to my team.

What do you like best about the product?
Each stage of our quotation process, from selection of materials, quotation, supplier search, calculation of indirect expenses and delivery costs to the client, are reviewed on a single screen, where all agents involved have response times and follow-up on their performance, which makes our commercial process more efficient by 300%.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of users jumps from 10 to 20, that's a lot more users and a lot of extra costs that have to be paid. If, for example, in my company there are only 12 users, we have to share access between 2 users to stay within the range of 10 users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us detect bottlenecks or people in the process who stop the flow of information, so that a coordinator can access this person and provide immediate support so that the flow of operations does not stop.
