What do you like best about the product?
- visualizations of data
- vibrant colors
- all the different types of columns, formulas
- linking boards together into Dashboards
What do you dislike about the product?
- would like to have more than 2 layers: Item > Sub-tasks. Would like to have 3 layers.
- would like to link the timelines between Items & Sub-tasks and they auto-update

Monday Helps Solve all our Workflow Challenges and then Some!

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many benefits! We're able to communicate with any division within our agency in one central location, anyone new to a project is able to easily find all historical info on projects/clients. The widgets and automation capabilities make it seamless to be notified of any updates/tags on a project. Allows us to funnel pertinent data that leadership needs in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hmmm, if there is something I'm unaware. I wish I had more time to really dive into all it's capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps is solve tracking uses. We're able to set timelines for everyone to see. Able to track data from different boards into one for leadership to easily see where our company goals stand.
We recently started using the CRM portion of Monday which has greatly benefitted our sales to account manager handout. This process used to be very challenging to get all contact info and impossible to reference email conversations that occurred before the account manager was assigned. Now it is very seamless and allows the accounts team to have full visibility on how the contact came from a prospect to a client!

What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I don't like about monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday both personally and for team collaboration. I find it very useful to help me make continuous progress on long-term personal projects. I also think it's a great resource for projects with several stakeholders. It's great to consolidate all final assets, feedback, etc in one place and have it to reference in the future.

What do you like best about the product?
monday Work Management has transformed how we track, manage, and collaborate on work across a large global organization. Its flexibility lets us customize boards for everything from intake and project tracking to communications and reporting. We love the automation options, integrations, and visual dashboards that help us reduce manual work and focus on outcomes. It's user-friendly, even for non-technical users, and has strong adoption when paired with the right enablement and champions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren’t any major downsides. Like any fast-growing tool, there are occasional feature requests or small quirks, but the platform is always improving. The product team is clearly listening to users, and we’ve seen great updates roll out regularly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management helps us centralize and streamline complex workflows across a large, distributed organization. Before monday, we struggled with fragmented tools, inconsistent processes, and lack of visibility. Now we can manage intake, project execution, status reporting, and team communication all in one place. It improves accountability, reduces manual follow-up, and saves time by automating repetitive tasks. As an admin, it’s also made it easier to scale best practices across teams and empower users to build their own solutions with confidence.

The Most Important Tool in My Arsenal

What do you like best about the product?
Monday Work management has been a game changer for my business. I use Monday on a daily basis and ALWAYS have the window open.Everything from how simple it was to implement in my business, to how easily I was able to learn Automations and put them to work in a way that makes managing my clients as easy as possible. I've never been so organized and on time with projects in my life.
What do you dislike about the product?
If had no choice but to name something that I dislike, it would have to be the total number of Automations that I get each month. I often come extremely close to going over or have to shit down Automations in order to avoid going over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solves many problems for me but the biggest would have to be time. By using automations to manage my clients, tasks, and team it allows me to stay organized and save a tremendous amount of time vs flipping through hundreds of documents, files, folders, and whatever else.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday Work Management is easy to use and allows flexibility of how the product is used. They system allows integration with other systems and is able to be used in multiple ways.

Some of the roles and assignments can get confusing.

It is a nice tracker and able to see things at many levels.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Monday because it's elevated my organization skills and helps structure my brain as a growing organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it's the learning curve about knowing how to use it to its full extent which can be challenging as I spread my time.

It's helping me streamline communication with my team, scale ideas, brainstorm and create project management plans that drive execution.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday really helps me a lot, especially at my line of work. We are in constant writing, most of the time I am sending email responses to our clients and colleagues. By doing so, not all emails are perfect; errors and mistakes are present every time. Monday really helps ease my workload, helps me improve my writing, and suggests great choices of words and tones to deliver a great response and be efficient and confident in my responses. A lot of features are available and can be used anytime when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I can't think much. My limitation in using Monday work management is on me, since I have to be more inclined to explore all the features being offered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the time Monday Work Management helps us to do our work efficiently. We can track agents attendance, performance, productivity and overtimes. We can also see and monitor reports and monitoring in order for us to resolve and check data from one shift to another. This also helps us handles our workload and workflow due to easier tracker and handover on the next line of leads on the next shift.

Amazing Tool to Support Organizations - Especially Non-Profits

What do you like best about the product?
I love how much this program has created automation in process methodology, communication and other capabilities for our organization. It has replaced excel almost entirely for me and allows me to also create AI driven real-time dashboards for our data that enhances data based decision making. We've used it for req/candidate tracking, creating an HR ticketing system, improving emergency management, project management and many other functions. It really is a tool that will change how you work and report data.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a lot to not like other than it is so complex and there are so many functions to it that it can be overwhelming. I think the value has to be demonstrated to employees first because it is complex and does seem like excel until you can see all the different ways it can be used. The help function is great though hand there are a ton of YouTube videos that will teach and train you how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has created a ton of efficiency within our HR processes. We use it for employee audits, a master calendar, req/candidate tracking, KPI tracking, emergency response management, and the list goes on and on. It really has changed the way we work.

The ease of collaboration. With all the different integrations and alerts that you can enable, it makes for super smooth work and ability to keep track of all that we have up in the air.

Sometimes automations are confusing to setup.

Creates a centralized location for our whole company to come and view information, pull out data, as well as collect external customer surveys that we can easily see and use in our daily workflows.
