What do you like best about the product?
monday is easy to use and very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
while monday makes it easy to setup tables, the interaction between tables is less intuitive and at times very clunky

We use monday to track new products and related project plans to deliver new products.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a cohesive way to collaborate with colleagues on projects. By integrating this platform into our processes and procedures, we've alleviated countless back and forth emails, which can often get lost in the shuffle. I highly recommend using this as an organizational tool - it has application potential for every industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I could change something, it would be to have the option to be notified for creative status changes, such as "Done"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing socials content between three team members - it is a central place to edit, share updates and content.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me get an overview of my teams progress and organize our departments workflows. It also allows for streamlining tasks to save us time which frees my team up to work more diligently on their projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing I would like to see is a few more automation capabilites and linking/mirroring across boards to minimize how much you need to hop around in-app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to communicate more effectively and have all our resources in a single place so it's saving us a ton of time. And me as a supervisor, a ton of headaches.

Monday.com is an easy-to-use but still powerfull tool for any kind of project tracking, not only in terms of list of activities but also workflow, automation, calculations and dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having 3 levels of activities, at a first glance, seems poor but in the end, it helps you to be organized and concise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me and my team to have a central, always updated and easy to navigate repository for all our projects. It also gives us a complete view of the status and results via a dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Monday.com to streamline our meeting management process across multiple departments, and it has completely transformed the way we work. The platform makes it incredibly easy to organize meeting topics in a centralized, visual format, so nothing falls through the cracks. Each department can track its own agenda and action items, while management still has the ability to view progress at an organizational level. Tasks can be clearly delegated, prioritized, and tracked with a due date — all in one place. This has significantly improved accountability and follow-through.

Smart, simple and connected
What do you like best about the product?
The way you can connect everything, the automations, its very easy, you dont had to learn allot, and i use everyday in my work day, i love the easy integration that had with other apps

Customer support, its not simple and i dont like the bot, I like the way you can select options to whom you want to talk

The problem is that everything was on email, and find something was chaotic, now with moday you can search and look the project management of other deppartments

What do you like best about the product?
Monday keeps our Marketing team on task. It helps us to effectively prioritize each project by category, importance, and due date. It also allows multiple teams to communicate back and forth on each step of the project, creating awareness for all. We build new boards each year so that we can look back on all that's been accomplished the previous year. It's also relatively easy to build a new board, maintain the boards, and integrates well with email and Slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the downsides is admin priveleges seem to be needed for onboarding new members and if your admin(s) aren't readily available, you'll have a team member waiting for days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solves collaboration challenges of a remote team for us. It notifies each party when their portion of the project is ready for execution. For example, we have writers, designers, web developers, managers, and operational team members all using the same Monday boards to collaborate on projects. Each person has their own task, knows when to complete it, and can notify the next person quickly and efficiently. It also takes the guesswork out of project statuses.
Reviewing the Efficiency of Monday.com after Daily Usage
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has the capability to filter out the different columns and to also mass update Item names when selecting in bulk. Monday.com also provides a great view of all current projects given that it is reviewed and used by multiple users everyday. It is easy to navigate from one project to another.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com lacks the ability to provide a summary of each individual's tasks for all projects in a quarter. Items need to be seperately viewed or updated. It is difficult to see all projects for one individual in a nice and compact format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any missing information about the project can be easily found on Monday.com.
I appreciate that there is a section where you can add comments and notes for other members to see right away. This solves any miscommunication issues that might rise throughout a project.

Game changer
What do you like best about the product?
We are a small team with a very complex work system. We used to try and track many details in spreadsheets. Monday has made our complex and dymanic work much easier to track. It also is amazing to have the quick dashboards abailable. It is now part of our daily work for most member of our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features or modifications to features are still not available, but more and more become available all the time. We have been able to figure out through support and the community how to navigate all or our implementation questions. It did take a lot of one staff persons time to build out our workspaces, but now they are easy to maintain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do a lot of cross-department work with the same external partners, so this has helped us coordinate our efforts so we look more seamless in our external relations.
Monday is great for client management, it offers awesome tools to automate and streamline work!

I really like the compatibility with other software and the ability to track all my projects in one place!

There are a few struggles with information being pushed from one workplace to the next.

It solves follow ups and tracking on projects, and automates reminders to keep work flowing.
