What do you like best about the product?
This app helps me stay up to date with my tasks and work, making it easier to keep track of everything I need to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, it can be challenging to add large notes or attach files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool helps me stay organized by allowing me to keep track of my work and assign tasks according to responsibility. It also supports me in planning priorities effectively.

I find the Monday interface very intuitive and very easy to use.

To do the automations, we had to hire an external consultancy to help us.

I could not find any feature that I did not liked. THey can add more AI-Powered features.

What do you like best about the product?
Work Management is very user-friendly and has a very intuitive interface. The drag-and-drop functions make organizing many of my tasks very simple. I can see exactly where they are at a glane. It provides clear visibility on the status of projects and my team's workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike the least about Work Management is the pricing structure. The requirement of having to purchase 5 or more seats when we may only need two or fewer. On larger boards, we experience slow loading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work Management eliminates information silos and creates a single source of truth for our projects. We know exactly who is working on what and their current workload is. The Workflow Automation frees up time to focus on high-value tasks.

I love how easy monday Work Management is to use, along with its intuitive layout. The platform's design simplifies managing marketing tasks and organizing team workflows. I particularly enjoy the tagging feature which enhances task management by allowing clear identification and categorization of items. Furthermore, the program is straightforward and user-friendly, making it simple to add tasks and get accustomed to its functionalities without running into issues.

I appreciate how monday Work Management is fairly easy to use once the templates are set up, which adds to its user-friendliness. I find it very easy to customize to suit the specific needs of our team. The feature that stands out most for us is the automatic movement of tasks from one board to another, along with the ability to link boards, which significantly enhances our workflow efficiency. These attributes contribute to making monday Work Management a powerful tool that meets our team's unique project management needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find some aspects of customization and setting up the templates in monday Work Management to be complicated. Additionally, the process of making documents doesn't feel intuitive, which suggests that it may need an upgrade or different version to improve usability. The initial setup is also not as straightforward as it could be, deserving only a five out of ten in terms of ease. Once the setup is complete, using the tool becomes easier, but the initial steps could be streamlined.

I use monday Work Management to keep an up-to-date, automated task list, replacing spreadsheets and simplifying team assignments.

Some advanced features are only available on higher-tier plans. Since pricing is charged per seat, costs can add up quickly for larger teams.

Siloed work and limited visibility are ongoing challenges. Teams or departments frequently operate independently, relying on their own tools or spreadsheets. This leads to fragmented efforts, making it difficult to gain a comprehensive understanding of overall progress.

What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, we need to manually update due dates whenever tasks are repeated, which can become quite time-consuming, particularly when handling several projects at once. Introducing this feature would greatly simplify our workflow and save significant time for teams like ours that depend on recurring tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’ve realized that one feature I find lacking is the ability to have due dates automatically update for recurring tasks. It would be extremely useful to have an option where you can set a task to repeat, and then have its due date automatically move according to the recurrence schedule. For instance, if I set a task to repeat every week, I’d like the due date to update each time the task recurs, so I don’t have to change it manually.
