Monday.com is Project Management for Everyone
What do you like best about the product?
Beautiful design, robust, and can handle integrations across the rest of our tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a learning curve, and depending on the complexity of your setup, it can be steep.

Cross-Department Project and Task work
Monday serves as our main platform for program management.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has been a great help to our team in managing multiple programs we run, as we use it daily. It significantly eased our workload, especially in areas like recruiting and onboarding. What I love most are the automations–they work like magic and are tailored exactly to out needs. Whenever we need assistance, customer support is responsive and willing to set up meetings to assist with board set up or help implement our requests. The system is also integrated with other software we use and sends email notifications directly to Gmail, in addition to in-app and website notifications–making things easier for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using Monday for years now. While it's a helpful tool overall, there are still some limits–particularly with automations. Some automations don't work on sub-items and only function on the item line. Additionally, we're not able to select multiple sub-items at once, which makes updating statuses in bulk more difficult. Some automations also don't function consistently, possibly due to occasional glitches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us track the status of tasks without the need for constant emails or back-and-forth communication. All the details we need are available on the board, and the ability to connect or mirror it to another board makes it even easier to view or update information as needed. It doesn't feel overwhelming, even when the boards have a long list of items, because we can easily filter the view or create custom views. We're also able to add instructions, guides, or step-by-step processes directly on Monday and/or workspace, which is especially helpful when training new team members.
Highly Visual and Intuitive Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I highly value the ability to automate repetitive tasks, such as sending notifications and updating status. I've seen the extensive integrations the tool has with other software/platforms, like Slack, Google Drive, etc. And this helps streamline workflows. I appreciate the multiple views for different needs, for example: Table, Gantt, Calendar, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's awesome when used on a computer, but there are some limitations when using it on my mobile, specifically with the views. Other than that, I've not found any other reason to dislike it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com acts as a central hub where all work-related information (tasks, projects, documents, communications, deadlines, progress) resides in one accessible location. It provides visibility of the progress of our tasks and projects, not just so my boss can see it but the entire organization can. With this, I'm more organized with my deadlines.

Flexible & easy to use/ customise! Self-explanatory, great for all kinds of teams. Integrates natively with many tools!

Dependency feature not so easy to understand!

costs are higher when you add mopre modules, but for smaller businesses this is not ideal

AMAZING for coordinating multiple teams and projects
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has been amazing when it comes to collaborating on projects with other teams. It makes the process seamless and easy to see who is responsible for what and when.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides that I have seen so far except for having to log out then back in every once in a while so it loads properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has helped to move all my tasks into one place so it's easy to time manage. It also has a great forms option for people to put in design requests as needed.

Monday helps our team stay on track and hot deadlines. We store documents and dates here to make sure everyone has access to what they need

The ease of use and the platform easy adoption.

Too many complex functions. The dependencies function was overly complicated.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform enables seamless workflow and project management, allowing teams to collaborate efficiently across departments. With centralized tools for task tracking, communication, and document sharing, it supports cross-functional alignment and ensures everyone stays on the same page—no matter the team or location.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect I find a bit limiting is that some features are only available as add-ons, or certain functionalities are not included in the standard offering. It would be more convenient if these were integrated into the core platform to provide a more seamless and complete experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helps us stay organized in all of our management needs for the Communications team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com is very flexible, but poses endless options for how to construct our workflow needs.

Monday.com helps in keeping all of our social media posting schedules aligned and coordinated with the team.
