Does it's job but has some bugs.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday work management is a very intuituve and easy way of managing workforces. With separate console for managers, it shows all the information about your workforce in a single place. It also has a feature for automation, where the reduntant tasks can be easily automated. After using monday almost everyday, I can say that it's the easiest tool to use out there. Monday also has a market place for plugins that can be integrated in your boards to make processes faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
While being a very dynamic and customizable application, it has many bugs too. It gets so bad sometimes that we have to pause our work. But it does gets fixed often times than not and work resumes as usual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps improve communication, efficiency and time management of teams. It can be even used to share documents, provide reviews on them and conclusions on the same board in a single chat. It greatly improved time tracking in our organisations that can be sent to the clients.

Monday is a great project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that I can keep track of my to-do lists and also assign tasks to others in my group to track progress on projects. The software is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
People have to use the product for it to work and sometimes we can forget to update the status of our project in a timely manner. Frequency of use can be an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of being able to keep track of a project timeline and urges everyone on project to get their work done in a timely manner. It helps to tie up any loose ends also.

What do you like best about the product?
The productivity of the time we gain, along with the ability to automate processes, reduces execution time for tasks while also enhancing ease of understanding and autonomy within the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike—everything is fantastic! The platform is intuitive, efficient, and greatly improves workflow. Maybe adding some autonomy in Portuguese could make tasks even easier and enhance overall usability.

It's like an advance exel form that allows you to track everything you do so you won't miss anything

Sometimes it's hard to keep going back and update things. I wish there were more automation

monday.com for Project Planning
What do you like best about the product?
monday.com automations and integrations are extremely useful and is probably the features we use most. Implementing and integrating it business wide was a breeze. The system takes a little getting used to, but once everyone is onboard, they can't work without it and use it daily. We've rarely needed to use customer support, but on the odd occasions we were basically helped instantly, and our issue resolved within an hour.
What do you dislike about the product?
monday.com is extremely bandwidth intensive, especially when updating statuses and using a lot of different colors. Other than that, there's not much to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our logistics company, we needed a solution to streamline our daily vehicle scheduling. monday.com has given us this solution and so much more. We also now use it to manage new projects, manage our Human Capital workflow, IR and Facilities to name a few.
