I have been pleasantly surprised with Monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
The sheer number of different kinds of cells that you can add to a board. This is very helpful in todays world of tracking things across many sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I don't like about Monday .com

It helps us track meeting AI's and upcoming meeting topics. Along with many more things
UI as the Ultimate Differentiator
What do you like best about the product?
An intuitive system that can be used for both simple and super-complex processes, for individuals and groups. The ability to connect data and centralize it makes it significant in cross-project processes. A captivating UI that attracts the new user and makes him curious and inquisitive about it. Even non-tech users find the implementation process relatively easy. While using the platform, I encountered quite a few bugs, but the support service was very fast and accessible and gave a good feeling.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing structure tends to become expensive quickly, particularly for growing teams. No option to buy extra automations operations/workflow features. The mobile experience falls short of the desktop version, limiting effectiveness for instant updates. Automation - Monday offers basic options, but more sophisticated workflow automations typically require enterprise account which is highly expensive, external apps or creative workarounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting different users from different departments in the company to one process, where communication is clear and everything is in one place and doesn't get lost - documents, updates. Saves a lot of time double-checking, and allows you to see real-time information about things in a transparent way across the organization. Automations for managing repetitive processes, connectivity to higher levels that reflect to management the information they want to see, and of course the world of dashboards and Gantt charts.
Using Monday as enterprise CRM and task management; easy to self-configure and develop dashboards.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing is to be able to sort through open items by type and client, and the integration with gmail to keep all conversations on a specific topic together. Really helps to track, trend, and provide coverage .
What do you dislike about the product?
The config of dashboards, especially across spaces, is not that intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily tracking issues/activities by client, and then by type. Also - easy to "pick up the ball" for another colleague when a client asks a question.

An intuitive software solution that makes it easy to share work tasks with teams, assign responsibilities, and track progress effectively.

What do you dislike about the product?
You need to be good at scheduling notifications, otherwise you risk sending too many. Should be usefull and integration with sahrepoint for saving files and documents.

sometimes it can be a little complex to make the tables

We have many clients who have pending orders to be delivered and Monday helps us know which ones they are.

What do you like best about the product?
monday.com keeps my projects organized. Leveraging the ability to email pertinent decisions/discussion to items/subitems saves time by easily accessing information. It is also valuable to view all of my action items/tasks in one location.
What do you dislike about the product?
monday.com would be the perfect tool if it (1) added a new user group that could edit an existing board (2) ability to add more than one level of subitems, which I understand will be available by EOY 2025.

Transparency into multiple project using a dashboard to easily review projects' Critical risks & issues and the Gantt view.

What do you like best about the product?
My CFO and I utilize Boards every day to keep up with each other's workday and tasks - it has helped us stay on top of busy seasons, like audit or board meetings, with so much simplicity. We love being able to utilize Forms for different feedback opportunities for our office, as well as Calendars for timeline management. There are so many features we have been able to use to better serve our office and our team. When working with our contract team at Monday, we were able to come up with a solution that worked well for everyone. They are the best!
What do you dislike about the product?
When trying to export Calendars, it would be very helpful if there was a way to edit the different items or formats I wanted to export. For example, when using the Gantt style calendar, I wish I could export into a PDF without the gridlines. Otherwise, the export feature was easy to use and integrate into Adobe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management and time management are two areas we did not have software assistance for before Monday. By utilizing Monday, our team has been able to keep track of tasks more efficiently and my role as project manager has become significantly less difficult!
Great tool for project management and Tests
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create a new board and start editing/customazing to project needs. As a project manager I use it everyday, to update status, edit action plans, gantt chart, and I create multiple dashboards to make whatever is on focus at the moment easier to see (late activities, or progress of a specific team, amount of requirements or clarifications pending, testing progress).
What do you dislike about the product?
Could have the addition of IA to interprate the data and create the executive summary and upcoming milestones.
Could be even more simpler UI without so many contours/outlines of every box, line, everything.

I mainly use for project management, organizing tasks and requirements, and it helps me keep on track of what are the points of action and that require attention.
Something extra: I use the project board as Test Board to create test scenarios , assign the testers, attach the evidence, have e second validation, log the tickets open to fix bugs found during tests, and monitor the progress. It is really good.

What do you like best about the product?
For a small business it has made it easy to track contacts and bookings so that all staff can also access the info.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple of simple capabilities that would be really useful for us, but as a small business we cannot afford the higher level of membership to be able to access these.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking the progress of client bookings and project bookings. It enables us to know which starge each contact has reached and to be able to manage staff resource.
