Monday is a great office tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it is a easy and clean platform to communicate with other departments to get a task done.

I find this tool to be very helpful and have no issues with Monday.

It has created an easy way for sale planners and Account executive to communicate and execute sales!

Through Monday, it’s possible to stay on top of all tasks and filter them in countless ways.
I’ve been using Monday for almost a year now — the interface is completely intuitive and easy to understand.

There are no downsides; I would only suggest creating ways to link Monday with an external calendar, such as Google Workspace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps me manage deadlines for daily tasks, thus preventing any potential oversights.

I use this product every single work day. It's imperative to me and my teams success. Leading the Implementation team, we have many customers to manage, different products they are onboarding for and where they are in their journey. The notifications we have in place allow to get ahead of deadlines, stay on tasks and align as a team.
The product integrates with Slack, so we can communicate out messages of when customers move through stages or complete. Overall, the product is quite easy to use and offers many opportunities to track our success.

What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations on tracking certain time periods or to compare against. Not a big deal at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product allows me to see all our customers in onboarding and where they are in the process. Counts how many days they are live and provides an important overview for each.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been with my agency for several years using Monday.com, and we have been able to create and re-create project management boards for all of our needs. Whether client-related, sales-related, or individual responsibilities, we have made a functioning board for all possible cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
When copy/pasting large sections of subitems, it's annoying to have to remove "(copy)" from each line item. It would be nice to be able to duplicate aspects or sections of boards more easily. Additionally, when creating the initial subitem on the board, it would be great for all columns and statuses to easily transfer over, otherwise you have to manually input them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Monday.com, we are able to have all client facing materials in one place and work seamlessly between the internal team and the external client(s). We have several board types and columns to cover every aspect of the account, and will link out to any other tools we use to manage accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of setting up and navigating boards. being able to prioritize and assign jobs and add messages. The integration with Google/Gmail is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like Monday to sync with billing portal BigTime to help try and even simply job assignments.

keeping track of jobs and priorities. still learning some of the features and working on getting all employees to utilize it more. it is easy to set up.

I am able to update tasks and get approval from my manager faster. She is also able to get back to me quick so that we meet timelines

Sometimes the app gets glitchy, I notice it while scrolling.

Monday helps me collate all tasks in one place so that we're aware what all is happening in the project. Team members are able to keep a track on what everyone is doing

Yo can filter all your tasks in a dynamic way and surf between boards so easily. For companies is useful because every person can find their own tasks without wasting time.

Notifications and automation notifications sometimes can bump down important notifications.

A Dream Tool For Operations
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing with Monday is how efficient it facilitates communication between my various teams within my company. In an simple, efficient manner it allows me to get as much information as I need from each of my subordinates and allows me to watch their progress closely without having to micro-manage them. As a part of a growing company how easy it is to bring new members of my team to the boards and how easy it is to teach new users how to use it are huge boons to us. Monday has become a staple within our company, it's what we use everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I could really say about Monday is still an upside to it, is that there is so much depth to the automation system. It will take a fair amount of time and testing to get the automations working how you want, just because there's so many ways to automate.
But when you master the automation system, it brings the utility of this tool to new heights.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the possibility to link boards items avoiding redondance of data. Also the possibility to update an item directly from all boards linked to it. And the ease to create automation (no specific skills needed). Support team is very reactive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Import feature is sometimes limited as some type of columns are not supported yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Common place to give a common overview to all project managers. Possibility to link several profiles to a same staffing opportunity.
