What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Monday is its intuitive and highly customizable interface. As a team lead in a creative environment, I need full visibility across multiple projects, deadlines, and contributors — and Monday makes that effortless. The visual layout, color-coded statuses, and built-in automations help me stay on top of everything without micromanaging. I also love how easily it integrates with tools we use daily like Slack, Google Drive, and Figma, making our workflow smoother and more connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that the wealth of features can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially for new team members. There’s a slight learning curve when it comes to using advanced features like formulas or building dashboards. However, the tutorials and support resources are excellent and really help bridge that gap quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management helps us solve the challenge of managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders across different teams. Before using it, we struggled with scattered information, missed updates, and unclear ownership. Now, everything is centralized — from task tracking to asset sharing — which reduces confusion and boosts accountability. The transparency it provides helps our team stay aligned, prioritize more effectively, and respond quickly to changes. It also saves us valuable time by automating repetitive tasks, which frees us up to focus on the creative work that really matters.

What do you like best about the product?
It's hands down the best organizational tool in the market - an absolute game changer. It's so easy to use, and it has honestly made my job as a manager so much smoother on day to day tasks and assigning things to my team..
What do you dislike about the product?
I occasionally find the automations are not as smooth and easy to apply as they could be, and have had to develop workarounds on instances that should be direct to create.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining processes and projects used to be a major headache for me. Keeping track of all the moving pieces, making sure they were on schedule, and also ensuring the team was communicating clearly and constantly took up most of my time. Now, so much is automated and ensuring everyone is aligned on the projects and tasks at hand.
Plus I can track progress in real time. It's taken a lot of stress off my plate.

Sometimes when a new Product or enhancement are deployed - it affects some boards and flows and we need to amend them.

Sometimes the performance of the app is slow while handling many tasks or rapid view switching. That impacts real-time collaboration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project tracking and documentation are now in one place, doing away with the inconvenience of toggling across tools such as Google Docs, Trello, and Slack.

Notification Overload: may receive a high volume of notifications unless settings are carefully managed.
So many Boards created by so many different colleagues so sometimes it is hard to find the Board you want.

What do you like best about the product?
We've had great success using monday Work Management to completely overhaul the way that we manage our projects and even day to day operations. The ability to easily invite external users has been extremely helpful considering that we work with multiple external contractors. The continued product development that we've seen during our time with monday has also been great, showing us that monday is willing to take suggestions on board and implement them.
What do you dislike about the product?
What would make monday easier to use is having a further hierarchy of workspaces. This would mean that we could organise workspaces into their relevant business categories, as they are quite jumbled at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project planning and management - monday enables us to streamline how we operate both internally and with external contractors. It means that we can keep channels of communication open.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday makes it easy to build custom workflows that fit the way our team operates. The automation features help us streamline repetitive tasks, reduce manual follow-ups, and stay on top of our priorities without needing to constantly check in. The visual interface is intuitive and flexible, which makes collaboration smooth and tracking progress simple. It’s a great tool for boosting day-to-day efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the basic automations are helpful, Monday falls short when it comes to more advanced workflow capabilities. There are limitations around custom formulas and conditional logic that make it difficult to fully optimize our processes. Some of the more powerful automation features require workarounds or simply aren't supported, which can be frustrating when trying to scale or manage more complex workflows.

Monday gives us a much-needed alternative to managing projects in Google Sheets. Instead of relying on manual updates and static spreadsheets, we now have a centralized platform built specifically for tracking tasks, collaborating in real-time, and generating insights. The ability to visualize progress, set up automations, and pull reports makes it far easier to manage workflows and understand project status at a glance. It’s helped us become more organized and proactive in how we handle work across teams.

For a PM role, monday makes my job so much easier for the following reasons:

- it's only efficient if everyone uses it and uses it correctly
- there's no way to see priorities in calendar view this would be good to manage bookings so resource know what they should work on first etc
