More then a tool

What do you like best about the product?
Monday allows us to seamlessly collaborate with colleagues and partners across different offices. It also simplifies our project management and makes campaign planning easy to track. Whenever we've faced challenges setting up new boards or encountered issues, both the AI chat and Monday's support team have been incredibly helpful. I spend several hours in Monday every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
We're not sure if it's due to our setup or internal procedures, but onboarding new team members can sometimes be a bit complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a great overview of our projects and campaign management, but also of internal discussions with the finance team regarding payments and invoices.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create shared calendars for different marketing channels, can see what needs to be done across the team and just for yourself. Different teams can use it for different tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mac app glitches and doesn't save work, would be great to be able to have more than one tab open.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows my team and other teams in the business to collaborate in one place. It allows one source of truth and is easy for us to keep track of tasks.

What do you like best about the product?

no you dont get to waste my time then not provide the incentive that got me here
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to utilise Monday to help track tasks, tickets and projects effectively and ensure there is ample notifications to guide the process and hit those milestones.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to build it how you want. It is very customisable and easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you want to do more advanced reporting or complex workflows you will either need to spend a lot of time learning or pay someone. The free resources and community platforms are somewhat limited in troubleshooting more complex issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the business owner I want oversight of all projects and to see what people are working on. Through the inbox I can keep track of all updates and I can easily jump to any project and dive in.

What do you like best about the product?
As a project manager, I love how flexible and visual monday.com is. It builds actual workflows that make sense for how your team works. I’ve used it to manage everything from onboarding to marketing pipelines to custom project tracking, and the ability to automate repetitive steps, integrate with tools like Slack and Gmail/Outlook, and customise views for different team members is a game changer. It’s intuitive enough for new users but powerful enough to handle complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more automation options around time tracking. For businesses that rely on accurate time logs (especially when building finance boards and dashboards in monday), this for me is a critical feature. A bit more flexibility here would go a long way in supporting teams that bill by the hour or need to track effort for budgeting and reporting purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Honestly monday.com has become the central hub for how I run projects, onboard clients, manage teams, track time, and even report to executives. It solves communication gaps, keeps priorities visible, and eliminates the need for juggling spreadsheets and disconnected tools. I can build custom workflows for every department I support, automate repetitive admin, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the customization. If you have some sort of methodical and technical way of organizing your tasks, you can create boards, automations, and reports to your preference.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some default apps can't meet some custom expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ultimately, we are trying to streamline of my team's workflow easier and organized. I work in an internal marketing department for a geospatial & land surveying company. Project requests are entered through a Marketing Brief and the information is auto-populated into a Board. Tasks and assignments are also auto-populated and the information gathered from the marketing brief is filtered into dashboards for reports.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com Work Management has empowered me to efficiently plan and monitor project progress, resulting in improved team accountability and faster decision-making. By providing a centralized, real-time platform for both tracking and communication, it has enhanced cross-functional collaboration and significantly accelerated project delivery timelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard design options are limited, offering few chart types and lacking customization such as color adjustments, which constrains the effectiveness of data presentation.
