I like how detailed and timelined you can make the organization

I do not like that the ai function is not as easy as I was hoping for

I love how versatile the product is. So many different sectors can use it and it can be built to work for you and the company

The automations can be quite confusing however we hired the Sass Jedi team to streamline this all for us

Making sure no tasks/payrolls are missed and one place for all our details for clients

Using the automations, I can automate tasks/processes that would usually take time and bandwith.
Add to calendar, send than you email, prospecting, notify person ... they are all individual messages or emails if not automated by Monday.com but with the personalised touch of appearing as a 1:1 message or email.

What do you dislike about the product?
Organisation of boards - they need a feature to lock them to stop them being moved around by accident

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to assign tasks and keep on top of what has been done already and what still needs to be done. Project planning with due dates makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. It is easy to use and our team uses it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love it if there was a third level for tasks. So their could be the main task, with sub tasks, and also third tier tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Monday our team struggled to stay on the same page when it came to projects. Monday allows the whole team to see who is doing what, when tasks are complete, and when the next task is ready.
Monday.com is the BOMB!!!!
What do you like best about the product?
I'll be completely Honest!!! - I could not do my job without Monday.com. So easy to navigate, user friendly and very easy to update with anything I need. It makes my data input job so much easier! - I can't remember my life without it!! I use it every day. Inputting information every 5 minutes or more. It never lets me down. I can easily share information with work colleagues and customers alike. With answers at my fingertips.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any problem with Monday.com.
I have only ever used this programme - so maybe I have become accustom - but for me personally - it does everything I ask

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really helps me keep on top of every individual job I work on - or have worked on. I can easily bring up old jobs, and create new ones.

The automation of tasks allows for a remarkable time saving. Time-consuming tasks are done automatically, follow-ups, reminders too. A boost in productivity, which leaves time to focus on important tasks. The interface and connection between colleagues happen naturally and allow for true coherence in teamwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, one can get a little lost in the workspaces, a better "organization" system would be appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a kind of reminder. Once properly set up, the tool does a large part of the time-consuming work and thus makes our task easier.

It's customizable and reliable. It's very user friendly and has made work so much easier! It's easy to integrate and implement into our organization's processes.

I don't think I have anything about Monday that I dislike or would change.

It’s easy to keep up with individual chats, group chats, and channels. You get a notification to catch you up on all the conversations.

Nothing in particular. It does what it’s supposed to do.

It’s a way to communicate with your coworkers in an intuitive way.

What do you like best about the product?
Ideal for remote work, collaborative and intuitive, being visually pleasing. Easy to implement, customer support when needed was efficient. The team uses it daily, making the platform our digital office.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is relatively expensive. Some features are available for an additional fee, such as CRM and Services. Some learning difficulties and developments have only started to improve this past year, and I believe that the integrations should also evolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially, it helped to resolve by being the digital office in the concept of remote work. In a single place, store everything that is possible digitally and mirror our culture. Today, we are trying to gain more maturity and incorporate even more use.
