I love this software, beats Microsoft products for project tracking
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about it is the visibility. We can track our projects and all departments can see the status and what's going on (up to you who is allowed to have access, of course). Also, the automations working behind the scenes on the boards are great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the main downside I have are the limitations of which types of fields can be used in automations. For example, automations can be based on status fields but not dropdown or text fields. Automations are so powerful but not if I have certain field types. I don't want some of my fields to be status fields because every status has to have its own unique color and there are too many colors for certain things that it becomes distracting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of my clients are in one place and I can link between boards to see the status of other client projects. Microsoft has a few different products that do pieces of what Monday does, but Monday does them all in one module. Being able to see a list of clients or issues and then go into the item to see the conversation surrounding it is great.
Great software for keeping track of multiple document revisions and changes
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to create a modular board to suit the work I am doing
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit messy when trying to export a document to excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a valuable resource where I can answer questions quickly regarding document changes, codes etc.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a really easy system to navigate around, adding tasks, editing tasks is easy to do. New features are always getting added.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I'd say I dislike is the fact you can't comment on individual sub-tasks that are added within a task.

Efficiency Elevated
What do you like best about the product?
Since our company started using Monday, our workflow has become seamlessly streamlined. Not only are we getting more done, but the boost in efficiency is truly immeasurable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I've really experienced is that some people find the phone app a bit difficult to navigate. While I don't often use the app on my phone, the people that I mainly work with do so they sometimes complain about it. Though, to be fair, they also aren't as tech savvy as many people on the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to get flooded with emails every day assigning us jobs. We'd have to manually make to-do lists, keep track of what was done, and constantly email back and forth to update whoever requested it. It was messy, time-consuming, and honestly things slipped through the cracks more than we'd like to admit. Since we started using Monday, everything’s in one place. Tasks are easy to assign, track, and follow up on without the chaos. It’s made our workflow way more organized and saved us a ton of time.
Useful product, often buggy
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is the Workload view, which helps me and my team manage our capacities and spread work evenly throughout the quarter.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's often buggy. We'll be updating tasks in standup and then the updates don't go through, certain features will be down, we'll need to refresh a couple of times to get the most accurate list of tasks, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team works on many projects at once, with many moving parts from different team members. Monday prevents tasks from falling through the cracks.
Monday is a very intuitive, practical, and visually clear platform.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is the ability to work as a team, set alerts, and customize columns with a wide variety of data. The downside is that, depending on the task, the Gantt view isn't useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the synchronization with Google Calendar — I don't think it's well implemented. Also, the paid plan includes only a limited number of users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday makes it easy to plan campaigns collaboratively and access a history of activities with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly it is. It's much easier to look at compared to an excel file. I love creating project boards to help me stay on top of all my tasks! I use it every single day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is absolutely nothing that I dislike about monday.com. I love it!

Monday.com helps me stay organized. It's also so helpful for collaborating with team members, tracking my workload, reminding me of deadlines, planning marketing timelines, and automating my to-do lists.
Monday.com Advantages
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been very helpful in streamlining all projects in our organization. If it's a NRO development schedule or a new menu roll out - Monday.com takes a stale outdated spread sheet and gives it life with live updates, alerts, tagging and so much more. It has changed the way we do things in our company for the better
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite thing about Monday.com are the way licenses are handles for people who just need to "view" a board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping eliminate emails back and forth and is a one stop shop for all updates, timeline adjustments and continuous updates. We love the email link feature that helps eliminate the copying over from emails into MDC.
Variable, flexible - Monday as Content Manager
What do you like best about the product?
Due to the clarity and simultaneous flexibility, it is possible to create a content plan according to one's own needs. Especially when working on a project with multiple people.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app integration and integrations still leave room for improvement in content management, but that's just a small facet.

What do you like best about the product?
Setting up templates is so easy and that creates a much easier standardised project management platform that is still fluid and customisable. With the automations and links with integrations. Checking in daily and planning out all your tasks across all your projects allows you to stay on top of actions.

There is nothing to really dislike but would like the option to accept and reject changes from guests on the boards even though it could be managed by restricting people with permisions.
