Redundant Platform and Unclear Value Add with Work Management
What do you like best about the product?
It's good for non sales teams and a great way for the company to have more of a spreadsheet style but honestly I don't see a lot of benefit that you don't already get in the CRM function.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really tell the difference between this and CRM. The duplicate platforms are almost redundant and just seem like a way to jack up the cost of renewal
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great place for me to put company data and information for reference. This is a good area for a company that doesn't focus on sales and KPI's as much as service and process based request.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how monday Work Management keeps track of everything for me, making it incredibly helpful for managing my tasks effectively. Its organization features are outstanding, particularly in terms of keeping clients organized. The initial setup was easy, which made getting started with the software a smooth experience. Overall, these aspects greatly enhance my ability to stay organized and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often encounter issues with monday Work Management where it does not perform as expected. Specifically, I face problems with notes not loading properly and the page sometimes locking up, which interrupts my workflow.

I use monday Work Management to keep everything organized, track hours, manage clients, and schedule calls efficiently.

very pretty UI, if you work as an individual contributor on a well optimized board, it's pretty easy and fun

very hard to customize boards, very hard to manage more than one board, when asked to support, we were sent to talk to an external contractor that asked for more than $10K USD to set up a pretty basic setup that one would expect be a part of the most basic plans, no real support

Great UI and Planning Tools, But Slow Performance Hampers Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
UI of the whole portal makes it very easy on the eyes and to follow through on different work departments and different clients.
There is a variety of planning functions which add detail to the operations and can be specified for certain business needs

Whole portal is very laggy and slow to use. There has been countless times where minutes of the day are wasted simply waiting for the search and sometimes the results would not even come up.
Automations are very slow and often interact with manual use, most of the time it is quicker to move something manually than to use the automation

Keeping track of all the goods incoming into the warehouse as it provides a clear list of what is coming, what is outstanding and what has been done
Time Saving and Customization with monday Work Management
What do you like best about the product?
I greatly appreciate the ability of monday Work Management to allow me to personalize and customize boards and processes according to our specific needs. This includes the ability to have an overview of our activities through dashboards, which is particularly advantageous for tracking different tickets and processes. Additionally, I like how the platform simplifies the management of exchanges and transfers of tickets from one department to another, which improves operational efficiency. Automations save us valuable time, making the entire system not only faster but much smoother to use. Finally, the integration and initial setup are intuitive and simple, whether it's to import an existing Excel file or to create new boards and automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a difficulty with the mirror column in monday Work Management, because although it allows searching for information, it does not allow using this information as a key to create items such as tickets. It is impossible to base a ticket or an item on the data from this column, which limits its usefulness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to simplify exchanges and the transfer of tickets, which saves us time thanks to automations.
Complex Setup, Limited Functionality Hinders Reuse
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability of how the Gantt chart is set up in monday.com and how it can be customized and filtered according to our needs. This feature allows me to show exactly what is necessary, which makes visualizing project timelines and managing tasks much easier and more efficient. Additionally, monday.com helps us manage our projects more efficiently than before, and facilitates widespread sharing of plans with stakeholders, which benefits our team significantly.

I appreciate how intuitive it is, as well as the presence of certain hierarchy features and options for managing time and dependancy.
What do you dislike about the product?
To get a complete overview of who is working on what, it needs to be connected to monday dev. It also offers very few integrations with other applications, which can be limiting. Additionally, it does not provide an option for a personal workspace outside of the main project space.

I use it to keep track of internal company tasks, and it works fine since only internal stakeholders are involved.
