What do you like best about the product?
I really like that monday Work Management is very easy to use. I can easily use it on both my phone and computer, which is super convenient. The user-friendly design makes everything a lot easier. It's also great that it's easy to organize, especially when dealing with customers that have multiple locations. I can report whether I met with corporate or individual locations without any hassle. The setup was very easy to learn, and I've found it to be the most efficient CRM tool I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not used any reporting features and am not aware of any
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management helps me keep track of everything with my customers, knowing the last conversation and issues. It also supports my management team.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy and user-friendly platform with flexibility to adapt to any workflow. The automations and workflow options are helpful for reminders, notifications, and board maintenance.

The service and customer support teams are responsive, attentive, and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is simple. I wish there were more nuanced reporting options. Reports and Dashboards are essentially the same.

A limited number of fields don't work with the automations, but you can mitigate this with proper field selection and workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility into work and streamlining operations. We've moved team members from Excel and other tracking documents to boards, which improved efficiency and the general work of the team through automation reminders, triggers, etc. We've also automated and leveraged the forms for a number of intake processes and client interactions.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday work management helps our team save the time we need and meet the requested KPIs. It also allows us to take on additional tasks within the time we’ve saved. Overall, our operations run more smoothly, which makes it easier to adapt to any obstacle or change in the work process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m missing the standard pivot table functionality I’m used to in Microsoft Excel. I’ve also noticed what seems to be a limit when selecting more than 500 lines, which makes it harder to work with larger datasets. On top of that, we need more options for managing each board’s sub-items so we can handle and operate them more effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work management has really enabled our team to stop relying on multiple Excel sheets and bring all of our workflows into one place, where every team member has the option to edit and contribute. In most cases, we can also reduce internal email correspondence and collaborate directly via monday instead.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday Work Management is user-friendly, allowing me to efficiently manage my project tasks and each phase of my projects. I can easily update tasks and tag team members for updates when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
attaching multiple documents can be confusing, as it becomes difficult to distinguish which document is needed. This often leads to accidentally opening the wrong document. It would help to have clearer labeling or organization to avoid this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really boosts my productivity and improves my time management. By creating different boards for each project, I can easily track and manage everything efficiently.

The downsides of Monday are some of the limitations in terms of team tiers.

It was a huge help in terms of making our disparate teams across the globe feel a lot more connected to the work we did.

The Best Project Management Software I've Used

What do you like best about the product?
I use monday Work Management with my marketing team to organize and track our projects month to month. I like that it allows us to see all our projects at once. The customization options are great, letting us add columns and status labels that fit our needs. The ability to tailor the organization layout is impressive, and the visual representation of information is easy to digest. I enjoy the platform's user-friendly interface, and the little celebrations for achievements are a nice touch. The initial setup was very easy to learn, with helpful guides that made it simple to understand the program visually. It's the best project management software I've used so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
When editing colors for status labels, I'd prefer the color options to be displayed in a more linear format, more in a ROYGBIV order. In an updates thread on a project, an attachment (i.e., a PDF preview) can look really big and make a thread hard to navigate. I'd prefer if those attachment previews didn't get so big.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management helps my team manage projects month to month by organizing and tracking project status and details. We can see all projects at once, customize layouts with labels, and visually understand progress, making it an effective tool for our needs.

What do you like best about the product?

One thing I dislike about monday Work Management is that certain features can feel a bit unintuitive at first, making the initial setup more challenging than expected. It sometimes takes extra time to figure out how to customize workflows the way I want.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I have every option possible to stay on top of tasks, assign work to my team and define critical steps in processes. The Kanban options are amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation seems to break form time to time. I'd like to see it better perform and maybe have a manager manage each broken connection by being notified when it breaks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing me to get a live view of all the work that is being completed by my team. I would like to see more notifications and highlights on when tasks are becoming overdue but there may be some features that are built in that I don't even know are available to me. I will look into these more in the future.

Also major projects and collaboration with other teams has been amazing in this platform.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an incredibly user friendly and pretty interface, a strong work flow management and tracking tool, and it integrates with teams!
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn’t let us select weekends on some boards as dates, the forms aren’t quite as user friendly as like Microsoft forms but they definitely still get the job done!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way to intake projects (forms), track projects and activities (boards), and track results (export to excel and include in other reporting).

What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive and flexible monday Work Management is. It's easy to customize boards, workflows, and automations to fit different needs and projects. The visual layout makes it simple to understand project status at a glance, which is very helpful when day to day is busy. I also appreciate the transparency it creates where everyone knows who owns what and what is coming next. Additionally, the initial setup was straightforward due to the helpful templates and guided prompts.

There are times when notifications can feel overwhelming, updates across many boards and tasks can create noise, which sometimes makes it hard to know what truly needs attention. More granular notification controls or smarter prioritization could help!
