What do you like best about the product?
The marketing courses were very informative.
What do you dislike about the product?
I lack patience, so I would like to dive fully in. So my biggest issue is how many different plug ins I want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It will help unify our data and give our whole org the ability to be using the same information.

What do you like best about the product?
No-code development is the best! It's business processes, it's Freedom UI, it's analytics and dynamic groups. And how it all works together
What do you dislike about the product?
Quality and speed of support, some complexity in working with access rights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Over the past 11 years, I have implemented many things. Now, first and foremost, it is a no-code platform that allows me to flexibly and quickly develop solutions for the service of citizens from the city.

Perfect CRM to save time on development

What do you like best about the product?
The development and customization is so simple with No-code. We were developing our own CRM in the house, however, it was taking a lot of time and efforts of the whole team. With Creatio we were able to go live in several months and yet have the ability to customize it fully.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a designer, I wanted to implement custom branding UI, however, it is not available for all plans and we were not able to this with basic plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to save a lot of time, giving you the ability to customise the platform without involvement of developers.

What do you like best about the product?
Creatio is the most adoptable CRM I have ever seen. I find it really challenging with most CRM systems to get to know the platform as it has robust functionality; however, with Creatio it was really simple as it has No-code customization. I was using Creatio daily, and it was a great experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love even more ready-to-use templates, but customization is easy with no-code tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was using it to collaborate with Maketing and Sales teams. It was truly effective collaborative tools in the system.

What do you like best about the product?
It is truly valuable to have all data for Marketing, Customer Service, and Sales departments in one place, as it provides a full overview of all client interactions and a comprehensive understanding of the situation. I also appreciate the ability to customize the platform with no-code tools, making it easy to implement changes, create dashboards. Dashboards are always a crucial part, and it is great I can do it myself easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, it has been a great experience. However, from my perspective, there are occasional minor improvements that could enhance usability, but nothing that significantly impacts the platform’s efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From my experience, it solves many problems, but I would highlight cross-department collaboration and the ability to provide a complete view of the customer journey, as well as no-code customization.

What do you like best about the product?
The system is very powerful and gives lots of possibilities to customize even when you do not have developer's experience. Powerful marketing suite with flexible workflows. The continuously enhanced AI capabilities are a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like even more features to be available with no-code, e.g. even more advanced business rules. But from what I know this is coming and the Freedom UI will keep improving. It already offers a so many new features. In general, I think it'd be great to have a comparison page where we can search for a feature available in Classic UI and check if it's already in Freedom UI or when it's planned to add it.

CREATE a great NOCODE Process Platform

What do you like best about the product?
Creatio has many valuable and interesting features, among them the agility to create processes quickly and simply without having to program, which accelerates the adoption of technology in all areas of the organization. Additionally, it can integrate with API services and many standard market platforms. It also has the ability to define dashboards with indicators natively without the need for development, just using existing components. It also has an excellent CRM that complements BPMN processes and the 360 view of the customer. All this speeds up the implementation and adoption process. The new AI and Agent capabilities add a lot of power and functionality to make work in different aspects more efficient by absorbing repetitive tasks so that users can focus on value-added tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we have not found any features that are missing or that we dislike. I could mention that the process of promoting applications between environments, depending on their level of complexity, can generate errors at the time of implementation, but the support team is always available to help us resolve any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creatio helps us consolidate into a single platform what previously maintained great complexity using multiple platforms. Additionally, we can integrate with CORE systems through APIs and services easily.
