Ujet offers a great products, reasonably priced with little to no implementation lift

What do you like best about the product?
Ujet has a very strong team. They really care about the relationship unlike all of their competitors. The products they offer are extremely reliable and they are quick to communicate new updates and feature changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, more companies should take notes from Ujet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More reliable systems, reduced costs, while aligned on future roadmap features.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Some advice from working in this industry for almost 20 years, I've vetted every other options and none even come close to Ujet.

Make the switch you will not regret it.

What do you like best about the product?
Ujet offers a valuable friendly and remarkable service in relation to weekly support and tailored system preferences that is desirable to our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are not yet developed however, with Ujet being as flexible as they are, we have the ability to work with them to launch an on going model of new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit of having a partner like Ujet is our weekly follow up on push updates and to make sure these are in line with expectations set.

What do you like best about the product?
UJET is great because you can transfer calls easily, also do call backs easily. You can also see how many calls you got a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I forget to change statuses. It should have status notifications from 10 to 10 minutes or so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
The quality of the call and all the options that it has to make callbacks, transfer and everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets into a loop on the transfer and have report this twice.
But is very unusuall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer service.
Is easier to manage a call.

What do you like best about the product?
I previously worked with FIVE9, which also had a connection with SALESFORCE. the difference is absurd. both in the interface and in speed.
I like the colors signaling each status, it helps a lot to identify if you are paused or available to attend.
As UJET is fast and easy, if we were with FIVE9 today, we would certainly be missing a lot of calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
the only point I would like to highlight is not the time to update a page, it would be a good way to update the page, or UJET does not update together. This prevents connections from being lost during F5.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET maintains constant stability. I only criticize the moment when I update the page.
Today, when I went to update the page. a call I was making, if it was lost, I had to make an active call to get it back.
I don't know if it has a chat function, or it has but my company that didn't hire, but if I had to update the page while I was talking to the client, that conversation would certainly be lost. hen I update the page, I don’t know if it’s because of my internet speed, but it takes too long to get all the information back, that’s why I sometimes miss some calls
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Would recommend to any company looking for a quick and easy to use call center system.
And that before hiring any service, make a comparison. you will see that UJET has great potential.

What do you like best about the product?
Multiple tools available in one place and organized in tabs. I like the visual aids and icons which make it attractive to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to choose among a variety or categories located in several parts of the screen instead of having all categories in one side. Sometimes the page fails to load some data to check some important specifications required to better help the customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great tool to change status without doing it manually in another website.

Multiple tools available in one place and organized in tabs. Make sure to get familiarize with it first to quickly use all its available categories.

What do you like best about the product?
Basically, that is an excellent tool to use during calls. There is no bad signals or disconnection. Rarely happens that!

There is nothing for me to dislike this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to find what i look for.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are, on occasion, some slow blips and glitches that cause the system to slow down while I try to work through my day but they are far and in between.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET has been used to outreach to customers for my company FAIR.com and there are so many different ways to transfer calls, allocate additions of others into the call. It works seamlessly and just the way I need it to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My recommendation for any and all others who are looking to use UJET. DO IT. UJET has been nothing but a huge success for me and for my company and I am pleased with how little issues have arose over the course of my year using it. I feel as though UJET and their employees are working diligently on keeping their product up to date and without bugs or issues. I am very glad to be using such a reliable service and plan to continue to do so for the foreseeable future.
