I appreciate that UJET focuses on simplifying and improving the customer experience. Features like in-app support, secure authentication, and multimedia sharing make interactions more personal and efficient."

"Some of UJET’s advanced features can feel overwhelming at first, especially for new users or agents who aren’t familiar with modern CX tools. It takes a little time and training to maximize its full potential."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET solves the problem of outdated, clunky call center technology. Traditional systems often create frustration for both customers and agents, with long wait times, poor integrations, and lack of personalization. UJET modernizes the process with mobile-first features, secure authentication, and in-app support. For me, this means faster resolutions, smoother interactions, and a more seamless experience overall."

What do you like best about the product?
Interesting things about UJET that I like, based on their recent developments, UJET is not just adding AI features here and there — it’s pushing toward orchestrating the entire CX using generative AI + real‑time data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Anything that UJET can improve is Platform Stability / Technical Glitches and Customization Limitations Occasional lag or latency during high volume periods or when handling many interactions.

UJET addresses several key challenges faced by modern contact centers, delivering tangible benefits to both businesses and customers. UJET offers a unified platform that integrates voice, chat, SMS, and in-app support, ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform’s modern, clean interface makes it easy for agents to navigate and manage customer interactions efficiently, reducing training time and improving productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasional problems with calls dropping or audio glitches, which can interfere with communication and call monitoring

UJET captures and passes along rich customer journey data—such as recent orders, time spent on FAQ pages, or search queries—to agents before the conversation begins.

What do you like best about the product?
I like this app because it's user friendly. Fast and reliable. Ease of implementation and it has number of features and ease of integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't find any dislikes with this app. The app really made my life more comfortable and work life balance!

Technical issues like there is an error to the app which can be fixed quickly.

What I like best about UJET is accuracy of log in time. Additionally, it's nice that we can log in now through SSO so we no longer have to type our email every log in.
Haven't got the chance to contact support yet as I haven't encountered any issues for the past 9 mnths I've been using this tool in our company. Lastly, the user interface (UI) is intuitive / has user-friendly setup which makes the experience when utilizing it always smooth and seamless that basically makes it designed with usability in mind.

Some times it logging the system. That is why I I encountered some issue

What do you like best about the product?
I like UJET because it's remarkably fast and efficient, which is crucial for handling inbound and outbound calls, particularly in my role dealing with roadside assistance and dispatching. What stands out most is its reliability in never dropping calls, which is vital when communicating with customers who are stranded and need immediate help. Additionally, UJET's ability to handle multiple communication forms, like calling and texting simultaneously, enhances our productivity and responsiveness. The customization options UJET offers are exceptional, allowing us to tailor the platform precisely to our business needs rather than being confined to preset configurations. This flexibility makes it an integral tool that adapts perfectly to our operational demands.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing that we could really improve on is the text messaging and then also the picture receiving and making and also doing videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use UJET to efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer roadside assistance issues swiftly. It is fast, reliable without dropped calls, and supports simultaneous calling and texting, facilitating better customer service.
Its a good tool at work but sometimes its taking a hard time to sign in and sign out.

Due to recent report of punched in and out, UJET is currently working on that which will benefit me in the future for more acessible access
