It has some great features but for our team still seems to need work.
What do you like best about the product?
I actually like Ujet Phones. I think it's very easy to use for both the agent and customers. It offers some great features like text messages that help when assisting your customers. Especially, when trying to provide a phone number or email but the customer doesn't have anything to note the information.
What do you dislike about the product?
My dislike is mainly with Ujet chat but overall our agents do have to reboot Ujet often due to it "freezing" up. I don't like that I have to enter a forward slash to pull up the macro language and that agents do not have full access to the shortcuts. It's always easier to start typing the keywords; any macro language with those words will populate for an agent to select rather than using the forward slash. Admins can see the entire chat macro language in shortcuts before using it, but agents can only see a portion of the chat language and have to, at that point, select what they think is the best language from the partial view they get. Also, why not have an option in shortcuts to just "apply macro" to the chat instead of having to go back in and use the slash to enter it manually? We also can't send customers images within the chat even though we can receive them from the customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ujet is trying to make good and find a solution to any issues that we've brought to their attention. Which is great! It shows they are really listening to their clients and want to create the best experience they can. I love that they always want to know how they are doing because again it shows they want the best for their clients and the Ujet experience.
Great audio quality and also has option to use chat
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to receive call after a caller requested a callback without needing to look up contact information and receiving chat inquiries, as well as having visible number of calls received and total duration averaged.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to see incoming calls in queue pending and selecting type of call that was received for example if it was maintenance or customer service and for which property
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have the wait time visible for calls and a list of calls waiting in the queue. Also, I would like to have call history, which would be helpful if I miss typing down essential details in the call; this will allow me to go back and listen to the original call.
Ujet is user friendly, easy to use and time efficient.
What do you like best about the product?
Ujet is easy to use and efficient. It does not take long to learn and works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with most technology, it can glitch and prevents me from being successful in completing my customer's call.

I like how easy they make it is to switch your auxes, its very beginner friendly.

Nothing, I've had nothing but positive experiences with Ujet since I've been using it since April.

Ujet is very simple to navigate. Have not ran into any major problems

Ujet sometimes freezes but when this happens a simple refresh or two fixes this issue

Ujet stays on top of any issues we report. They are quick to resolve everything

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can see incoming caller's information. Sometimes i don't even have to ask my caller for their information because it is already there. Make my job easier and help assist faster
What do you dislike about the product?
i dont like how information can be easily erased. Lets say my computer die before i could even solved or save my ticket, basically every information on the right side of the ticket is gone. If its possible to have it automatically save or have a settings giving us option to have it on automatic save that will be great

help solving retailer issues such as canceling orders, calling customers for updates on their orders, troubleshooting and order status. For customers checkout issues, order updates and much more

Simple, easy to use, and convenient also .

Connection interruptions/difficulties etc

UJET has improved with minimizing software complications to ensure all agents adherence is as follows according to our schedules.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that UJET saves the previous calls from the customers as well as the transfer feature, it is extremely user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The feature I least like is the callback feature. If not quick enough I will get a call while trying to dial out

They have resolved the saved feature and its benefiting because I dont have to re-enter my ticket information

What do you like best about the product?
the color scheme, the fact that its easy to use. I rarely have any issues as far as tech problems or ujet freezing. Ujet is incredibly helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have many complaints about ujet at all. The only thing i would add would be to have a setting where i can change the color scheme.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ujet allows me to aux in and out of my breaks/lunches easily and i like that it houses all my customer interactions via voice.
Ever SInce I have been using UJET I have had no issues and I love the look and ease of use.
What do you like best about the product?
I feel that The many upsides to using UJET are how easy it is to get to each area, and the shortcuts make it even easier to access information and revert back and forth quickly and efficiently and it doesnt crash often
What do you dislike about the product?
Well I haven't experienced any downsides to using UJET so far. My experience is all POSITIVE. If anything I would like o see a black screen version or other theme options available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I know that UJET helps me quickly revert to past tickets when updates are made, as it moves the updated ticket to the top of the list. I am faster and more efficient in filling out each ticket.
