Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
It connects the call fast and is reliable. It makes it easy for the reps and customers to get in touch. It also makes it easy to monitor.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it does not connect the call and or drops call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes the job easy when the call connects reliable
I like the platform since it makes it very easy to work, really never have any issues with it
What do you like best about the product?
I hardly ever have any problems with dropping calls or going unavailable. The platform is good and is updated all the time, same as any other, but very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much everything is good. Could you maybe help us with the ones that, like shortcuts on the keyboard, could make my job much easier and more productive since managing the mouse wastes my time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The speed it works and revises emails and calls, make the platform a easy to use and very understanding since i have never had any issues with miss calls or losing connection
Ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
It is very simple to use. All the tools I need to do my job are easy to locate and it streamlines my work flow. My daily tasks are simplified mostly into this one app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to link current contacts to a ticket, it wants to create a new contact, so the ticket cannot be linked to an account if it doesn't show up with an account already attached to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET streamlines our work process, keeping tickets in one easy and accessible spot. We are able to track contact with the same customer throughout our business relationship with them.
I like Ujet. The system is easy to use.

Ujet is very simple and easy to use. I like how evrything is so easy to click and able to locate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how we have to use / for shortcuts to pop up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like how I'm able to call a customer back with the number hidden or changed. It keeps my number safe from customers.

Immediate response to issues but email or zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to say bad about Ujet because they are customer service driven.

Easy To Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and the integration with other tools that are already in use.
What do you dislike about the product?
If UJet is open in multiple windows, there may be issues such as constant ringing throughout the call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use UJet for taking calls and for agent status'.
Has major Issues
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to sometimes navigate to customers
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that calls drop consistently will gltich with no type of warning in which I am talking to a customer and it will freeze or log me completely out
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to speak or chat with Live customers is useful but not when the system is having issues

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to utilize Ujet. The concept is definitely a great One! The interface is very user-friendly and it has an appealing feel to the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
II do not like when it sometimes gets laggy or buggy. Other than that, it's a great tool for any business.

I think it helps save time and your entire interface is all there and ready for use.
Awesome software
What do you like best about the product?
It literally becomes your best friend because it accommodates for you the things that you would otherwise have to spend a lot of time in, making everything easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may feel laggy at times, but overall, the positives will outweigh the negatives in this case because it is such a great tool. I feel like improvements could be made to software but all around is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot such as getting in touch with my customers. The benefits are endless such as managing the correct status on my calls , and offers a lot of options for its users.

It is easy to understand and practical platform to work remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's been very few issue errors on the app; personally, as a user with a reliable internet network, I don't seem to have any errors being online or available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On my end there is no error issues to be solved.
