UJet Makes The Right Calls
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about ujet is the hands on approach that have with their users and clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like UJet could be better with consistency in their messaging and costumization we with the experience we have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJet helps solve AHT issues and honestly the overall customer satisfaction

It is easy to use and has all the features I need to handle the calls appropriately

I haven't had any bad experience so far since the last 9 months I've been using it

I can attend to all the calls we receive from our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using UJET for about a year now, and I haven't experienced any issues in regard to lagging or any other technical issues. It has the most seamless experience!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced any downsides so far! Everything about UJET is perfect and I use it every day at work to complete my tasks and enhance my performance on the calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can put the status I'm currently on e.g. Unavailable, Quality Coaching, Meeting, Training, Coaching, Break, Meal, Chat and so much more! This helps the company track my workflow.
I absolutely love Ujet.

Its very convenient and detailed. I am able to assist and not really have that much difficulties.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say deleting notifications that keeps popping up on the side of the screen.

I dont know what is being resolved so could not answer.
UJET - Like a JET
What do you like best about the product?
Using UJET is handy as it shows and displays all the info we needed, easy to understand and the clarity is good too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it just freeze to white screen, tho resolveable by refreshing multiple times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Indicates caller information and is easy to engage with.
Good enough for what I need
What do you like best about the product?
It is reliable and works as expected. Navigation is easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pretty basic user interface and not very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET allows for communication via live chat and phone within Kustomer. I am able to use added shortcuts while chatting and dispositions after the interaction is complete.

it is easy handle, very proactive platform

nothing. Ujet is very EASY TO WORK WITH , EVEN FOR PEOPLE WITH LITTLE COMPUTER SKILLS

it is solving the interaction between customers and agents

What i like more about ujet is the easy way that have for can handle by other tools for can resolve my cases, also that ujet lt me know how time is waiting my costumer

I don't like from Ujet the new update of dissmis the chat, cause sometimes the next agent that have to take that chat have to repeat all the previous steps that i have to do

the new update tha5t have about the short cuts for ask for more information or the automatic messages when the costumer didn't answer for a couple of minutes, that make much better my job

sometimes it only changes the status, I mind, I am in email tickets and suddenly I am in wrap-up without having clicked on it

It is the fact that is a very organized tool

Sometimes it seems that you are in the same status for more than 2 hours, but actually you have been in that status for 1 hour, maybe it is a bug
