What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about UJET is its sleek, mobile-friendly interface, which really streamlines the customer support experience and makes it both quick and convenient. The platform brings together voice, chat, and in-app assistance in a single location, and includes helpful features like photo and video sharing to speed up resolving issues. Additionally, UJET leverages AI and automation to route calls efficiently, manage straightforward inquiries, and help minimize wait times.

We used UJET for taking calls, emails, and chats in which it benefits us for having a quality of customer service.

The ujet features are easy to navigate and best to use

There are no major issues, although it does occasionally experience some latency. However, this is still manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a customer service agent, I find this tool beneficial because it allows me to easily navigate customer information within our system. This makes my work more efficient and helps me assist customers more effectively.

Multiple Options and Clear Stats Make UJET Stand Out

What I like about UJET is that they have a multiple option, and you can see your stats.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. Everything is good and working properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since the UJET have a multiple options, IF I need to go to bathroom, or I need to do an urgent matter I can tag BIO break and if we have a meeting I can tag meeting so it's very helpful so that I can, I identify the aux that I need.

Efficiency to use and easy to navigate, i also like how it was designed.

None, all the feautures of ujet is efficient. However sometimes there is an issue occured like it is automatically set as unavailable.

It resolved how the call flows since it is easy to use.

There have been some glitches or slowdowns, especially during peak hours or when handling a high volume of calls.

What do you like best about the product?
UJET is very helpful and useable all the necessary command was in the UJET. UJET is friendly to use and easy to handle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any thing that I don't like because it works faster and excellent most of the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to reach and assisting the customer remotely. Even we are on the other side of the world Ujet is very helpful. UJET can be tools that can connect to people.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about UJET is its compatibility to synchronize with other tools. It helps me to coordinate my ideas towards my work together managing my task chronologically. I like it also as its so easy to use and it has an interface that is easy to navigate that makes our work efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about UJET is sometimes its having delay whenever there are a lot of tabs I need to open. It has a pop-app tool that I need to open but sometimes it just keeps loading that results into a pause of task.
The engineering team should fix this issue and I can assure that this tool will reach its potential.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET has seriously helped me get way more organized at work. It puts everything I need in one place, so I’m not all over the place and can focus better. What’s really cool is the real-time analytics it has — it’s not just basic reports. It actually looks at my stats and gives me clear tips on how to improve stuff, like cutting down on wasted time or using better phrases when I talk to customers. At the same time, it shows me what I’m doing well, like solving problems on the first try, so I can keep getting better at those things.
Basically, it turns my work into this ongoing cycle where I’m always learning and improving, which helps me get better and faster every day.
