Easy to Use, Aesthetically Pleasing
What do you like best about the product?
I like the variety of colors for different aux codes, it makes it easy to remember what code I should be in and to quickly notice when I am not in the right code. The large and minimal font makes it aesthetically pleasing and easy to use.. I also like that I can refresh my page without being logged out of the software. I like how quickly it is able to refresh and return dropped calls, and show my stats in real time. The software has been consistent with different headphones and doesn't require additional setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
That codes are not organized by category or alphabetically, which would make finding specific codes easier. Since I am not an admin, I do not know whether this is possible. I additionally wish that there was a "favorite" options for more commonly used codes, I believe Five9 had this. Without that feature it is easy to mistakenly go into "Available" for inbound calls and chats. It would be nice if aux codes could be reorganized so that I can create further preference to the codes I use most.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET drop down menu is occasionally unresponsive to clicks, and I have to minimize and maximize again before it will work as expected. The different colored codes is a huge perk, it helps me to realize when I am in the wrong aux code more quickly, this helps to avoid incorrect client billing and getting work occurrences by staying in break or lunch for an extended and unapproved amount of time. UJET does not have a notification system, this would be beneficial to also avoid going over my breaks and lunches.
UJET is extremely helpful in allowing me to log in and out of specific AUX states to do my job.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fluidity of UJET's system, and how I can transition from one AUX state to another with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
That my company didn't switch to it sooner!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's very seamless in the ways that it allows me to do my job, contacting customers and ensuring my company is appropriately billed for my AUX states. I am able to keep a consistency across my time with UJET's capabilities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with UJET, and if you're hesitant, don't be! It's a great platform and is very easy to adapt to and learn and use on a day-to-day basis!

The Perfect Accessory for a Modern Work Force
What do you like best about the product?
UJet is the perfect communication tool to add to the arsenal of today's modern and tech-savvy workforce. UJet is an efficient yet simple method of communication, that only the real manpower of the most highly skilled, well organized, extremely detailed team of human admin assistants of yesteryear, would even come close to competing with the convenience of UJet. The way UJet incorporates the specific key points of communication into one system, easy to use is impressive, to say the least.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any technologically advanced innovation, it can be a gift and a curse, mostly when it comes to system glitches. Another thing I would appreciate is the Wrap-Up time being extended. Lastly, the ability for all users to view queue stats would be helpful and contribute to making UJet even more awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
managing my calls and communications between internal team members as well as customers. Also, Ujet's simplicity makes is so easy to add multiple calls and multi-task, it's more of a pleasure and less of a burden or headache to manage and track k inbound and outbound communications

Familiarize yourself with the terms and status options before actually using UJet so that you feel confident which in turn improves your work flow.
Great Tool For Any Application
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the convenience and ease for handling calls, also the ergonomics for making things simple. Very easy to navigate and get used to, no complications everything is just straight forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it fails to place outbound calls and drops offline at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to get calls routed to the correct departments. Its great for answering and transferring calls, very simple. Its beneficial when dealing with a large group of phone operators.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool for any call center big or small. May have little issues but their support team is great at resolutions.

What do you like best about the product?
The fucntionality and ease of access are the best features of the tools itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downtime. Basically, every software / tool has it's hiccup from time to time - lags, connection errors, etc. It happens from time to time, but that's an opportunity / room for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consumer's variety of concerns. Able to contact with the customer clearly and was able to converse although the conversation with no problem.

Since there's still room for improvement - i'm looking forward to it's next updates. Surprise us :)
Easy to use and customer support is wonderful!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly this system is, the support is kind and quick! I do not have many complaints and am over happy with the service!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it cuts out, or merges calls, or does not warn for calls before putting them through. Can make us look unprofessional! Mostly easy to work with but can have some hiccups!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to help customers faster, resolve issues and create comfortability between myself and the customer! This system is user friendly and the support team is easy to communicate with!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I do recommend it, gives a fair warning when working well, Make sure you are paying attention and merging tickets with phone calls! Its very easy to use and the support team is fast! I appreciate the staff and even though I do not use it as often as other coworkers, this is a wonderful system and i am happy we use it!
Great product
What do you like best about the product?
Ujet is so easy to use & implement. The customer success team is also AWESOME and great to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The native reporting is a bit lacking. They have been able to make up for it in a few ways, but if you don't use a BI tool and rely on native reporting, it might be a little more difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for an easy to use telephony solution that integrated with our CRM to provide realt-time monitoring and insights into our service. We're able to maintain very high CSAT using Ujet, as well as specialized queues and routing based on customer information to get the right customers to the right agents. We've also gotten great insight into how our agents are spending their time using the custom statuses.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you understand your reporting needs and have a plan for how to supplement them while they build out better native reporting. Also make sure you invest time in setting up your network correctly and have enough bandwidth to support your calls along with all of your other activities.

i like that it is on screen and the it is easy to use it all functions are on screen

that some time it has connection issues and the ujet freezes

I like how Ujet pulls up our customer's information within Salesforce, making it easier to verify our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is that there is no timer for each que for chats.

The problems I am solving are that I am able to reach multiple customers at a time. The benefits are being able to reach multiple customers in chat, at a time, and being able to verify customers easier.
