Best way to reach your customers!

What do you like best about the product?
UserTesting has been a fantastic tool for gathering real user feedback. The platform is easy to use, with features like targeted demographics, video feedback, and various testing modes, which allow us to gain insights from the right audience. The reporting tools make it simple to analyze feedback quickly, making it a valuable asset for creating user-centered designs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the participants that we reach through screeners are not a perfect match and have cheated the system a little bit, but userzoom and UserTesting are doing their best to make sure that this does not occur regularly.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ability to run advanced methodologies/ mixed research.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to exclude cheaters easily. I find a lot of people are not filling out tests out and skipping questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I helps us determine usability and drive data based decisions

What do you like best about the product?
I love the pain point insights in videos to help identify where users struggled
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no streamlined way to pull videos from UserTesting into EnjoyHQ to write reports
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our legal team limits who we are able to run tests with in person so UserTesting has really broadened our test range and demogrpahics

I have no complaints at this time, pleased with customer care. The human insight summit in Austin has been an amazing experience thus far as well!

Great tool limited by recruitment challenges and analysis

What do you like best about the product?
The single most used part of UT for me is highlight reels, I use them all the time especially for interviews that I conduct outside of UT! The dedicated IA testing tools are also very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recruiting quality participants who are who they say are has become much more challenging lately, or at least it feels that way. I also struggle with the test creation interface which never seems to save my edits correctly. The analysis portion isn't very helpful especially when it comes to IA - the table output is almost impossible to interpret.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Testing IA, quick unmoderated evaluative research, highlight reels for stakeholder buy in!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the speed to productivity I can achieve once I learned how to maneuver the nuances of UserZoom. I love the QX scoring, and the advanced testing features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve. Creating an a/b variant test is more difficult than it should be. Also, the Leaning tools aren't always helpful in explicitly explaining how to do certain things or limitations that are helpful to know.

What do you like best about the product?
As a DesignOps manager, I like the ability to showcase value to the business by visually showcasing customer sentiment and behavior through session replays as well as quantitative indicators like QX Score in a simple and easy way.

UX platform isn't as intuitive as UT, would like to know what the feature roadmap and goal for integration is

Have access to millions of users at your fingertips and can do moderated and unmoderated testing seamlessly and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a strong qx score area and can have cleaner ways of reading results.
