What do you like best about the product?
User testing allows our team to gain insights about our products or new products before we spend time developing them. We can validate our designs and find areas for improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Sometimes it is tough to find the niche audience I'm interested in.

Using the UserTesting umbrella of products to drive customer-centricity

What do you like best about the product?
We're currently using the User zoom and EnjoyHQ platforms and we love the integrations between them. UserZoom allows us to run a plethora of multi-method studies and importantly, QXScore studies which help us internally benchmark our web experiences and track improvements. EnjoyHQ allows us to have a centralised repository of research insights, data analytics findings and experimentation results that keep our findings living and breathing with clear evidence and summaries and allows for stakeholders to self-serve insights which free's up the researchers to run more research.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm anticipating the future of AI in UserZoom and EnjoyHQ which currently doesn't exist. I know there are some interesting plans for this and it's something currently lacking in the platforms we use so very exciting stuff. We also have run into recent issues with the recruitment panels either not being able to achieve the numbers we need or having poor quality results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working in marketing, we use UserZoom to help us surface user pain points and feedback that are then fed back to our optimisation squads. The squads pick out these opportunities for testing and we a/b test hypotheses backed by user research which helps drive conversion rates. We also use UserZoom to conduct user research on prototypes to allow us to get early feedback and for designers to iterate on experiences before they've ever even launched on the website.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the participant panel and creating templates to save time on research.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the panel is not specific enough for our users from a niche group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to do usabiliy testing and user interviews, as well as be more efficient in analyzing results.

Simplifies reaching niche customers

What do you like best about the product?
As the only established UXR platform, it makes it quick to find participants that fit a niche user group due to the size of its participant network.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of new developments focus on AI, when in reality there are much better features that can be developed (such as timed tasks)

What do you like best about the product?
UserTesting has been a fantastic tool for gathering real user feedback. The platform is easy to use, with features like targeted demographics, video feedback, and various testing modes, which allow us to gain insights from the right audience. The reporting tools make it simple to analyze feedback quickly, making it a valuable asset for creating user-centered designs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the participants that we reach through screeners are not a perfect match and have cheated the system a little bit, but userzoom and UserTesting are doing their best to make sure that this does not occur regularly.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ability to run advanced methodologies/ mixed research.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to exclude cheaters easily. I find a lot of people are not filling out tests out and skipping questions.

I love the pain point insights in videos to help identify where users struggled

There is no streamlined way to pull videos from UserTesting into EnjoyHQ to write reports

Our legal team limits who we are able to run tests with in person so UserTesting has really broadened our test range and demogrpahics

I have no complaints at this time, pleased with customer care. The human insight summit in Austin has been an amazing experience thus far as well!
