PlayVox help us get ahead of schedules and stay productive!
What do you like best about the product?
You can switch shifts quickly. It sends us a notification 5 minutes prior to we have to switch shifts. Wonderful!

The Google Calendar integration doesn't work really well.

It's simple and easy to understand. Theres no guessing how to use it.

There are really no downsides about it, it's really simple and easy to use.

It solves the problem of guessing how to relay scheduling.
A great WFM software that could still be improved
What do you like best about the product?
I use Playvox everyday as i'm the part of the WFM as a scheduler, is it easy to use once you get the hang of it, and the sections break down makes it easy to make configurations, like the user templates, roster, shift templates etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features could be improved, like the schedule event feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to check the actual adherence versus the rostered tasks which is very helpful.
Insightful & user-friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It has multiple ways of demostrating and analysing your performance metrics, insightful and helps you keep track of your time for betterment of my time management during work hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mine looks like it has issues with icons, images etc, its like the format of the images/icons is not supported or somewhere along those lines, but either than that everything is perfectly fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To be inline with your schedule and avoid exceeding, it improves my time management at work for acceptable productivety.
It is good but I would like for it to be further integrated into other tracking systems.
What do you like best about the product?
Good tracking data for management, but if the tracking data went off what we are actually calling with (ZenDesk) it would be far more accurate as there have been many instances where I logged into ZenDesk (because its the system I need practically) and forgot to log into Playvox,
What do you dislike about the product?
As an IntouchCX agent working for Wealthsimple we need to sign into three different softwares every time we sign in to denote whether we are on call or not. I feel like there is a better way to integrate it into the particular tools we use, those being ZenDesk and our time tracking software for payroll, Superpunch. I think a functionality should be offered where you can click one button and be signed into all three platforms

Not really solving anything on agent's end but for data tracking purposes of management it can be beneficial

COULD HAVE A BETTER USER INTERFACE BUT OVERALL IT'S NOT BAD

THE RISK OF HAVING TIME OFF DENIED DUE TO AVAILIBILITY IS GONE

It is clearer and easier to navigate in terms of checking your schedules, shifts, leave requests etc. It even advises when someone is not on shift in your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is currently no downsides for me regarding playvox as the system is easy to operate.

Easy to view schedules and break times.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the adherece feature will help keep you on track with your schedule throughout your shift.
What do you dislike about the product?
honestly I don't havee or see any down sides. I've used Plyvix with a previous employer and am very familiar with the program. I love using it!
