How semaless the process is to see your schedule for the week, month and day.

At times scheduling time off can be a bit of a hassle.

Scheduling my time at work.

What do you like best about the product?
I get reminders for my schedules eg. breaks, lunch, meetings. These are super helpful!
I love how easy it is to apply for leaves and the alerts showing who's not in
It also super convinient that I get to see my weekly oraster, that way I'm able to plan myslef for the week beforehand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of! .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Disorganozation- Given that my schedule is available a week prior, I have less instances of disorganozation as I already have an idea of what to expect for the week beforehand
Out of adherance- The 5 minute reminder pop up is super helpful as it keep me in adherance on matters where I should be and what I should be doing

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use it. There is nothing I would change really.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I don't like it. I do wish there was an alert message when breaks and lunches happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps when we have all the people schedules in tuned.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the feature that it shows your productivity in a day and you will see your colleagues' shift.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like is sometimes, it doesn't sync with the tickets worked on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The rostering and the availability of agents can be seen and it helps weighing how many person should be working on a specific day and time.

What do you like best about the product?
I wanted to share my thoughts on the Playvox designed to help us manage our schedules effectively.

Overall, I find it to be incredibly user-friendly! The intuitive interface makes it easy to navigate and set up our schedule without any confusion. We appreciate the clear layout and accessibility of features, which saves us time and reduces stress.

One of the standout features for me is that you can Pin it on your Tab bar and can easily find it without any hassle! It helps me stay on top of tasks and appointments, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

Thank you for creating such a helpful tool for all of us!
What do you dislike about the product?
Well nothing major as all apps and tools has some hiccups which is solvable in just a span of time. There's always room for improvement and can't wait to see more of exciting update from the Playvox!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency in Scheduling, Real-Time Analytics and Employee management. It helps us a lot by managing our daily task organise and allows us to perform better.

What do you like best about the product?
Playvox is amazing when it come to managing my schedule and tracking my activities properly, also pretty intuitive in regards to final user experience. Deploying the tool is very comprehensive and flexible, making changes is very easy and the learning curve is very short specially if you deal with the tool everyday as I do. It integrates effortlessly to most CRM tools in the market and support will be there to provide you a helping hand any time you need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Is not that I don't like, I think this could be improvde, the mobile platform doesn't have all the feautes foung in the desktop version. It is understandble, but I would definately be more impressed if I could be able to do all my work if I don't have my PC/Laptop at hand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Full integration of the mobile plarform is what I believe is lacking right now.
