Easy and simple to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how organized it is since I'm able to quickly determine what I need to do during the day using the color guidance, also I like the fact every slot is divided appropriately for me to know is every segment about, e.g: Project time, Frontline, Meetings, etc
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't load the schedule and need to refresh the page about 2/3 times for items to show, also, when using the 'My Leave' option it's hard to go back to the schedule without getting a blank schedule
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At least and as far that I know, by quickly understanding my schedule, I'm able to organize my day with my internal teams and outsider clients
Ease of use, nagivation
What do you like best about the product?
It was smooth sailing once I got everything figured out. It's easy to nagivate and see everthing. I use it everyday with my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honeslty don't have any dislikes about Playvox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not sure how to answer that. Other than knowing my work day i guess, it's helping in a lot of ways.

Absolute necessity
What do you like best about the product?
I completely rely on Playvox to keep my adherance. I can look and see exactly how long I have until each break and how far out of adherance I am at any time. I log into this as soon as I start opening my programs every shift.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not able to see how much PTO I have in my Playvox.

I am not sure.
Playvox WFM
What do you like best about the product?
Playvox allows me to see many details that pertain to my personal growth for my position. It helps me view my occupancy rate on a daily basis as well as my adherence to the schedule. Playvox also makes putting in for PTO or vacation so much simplier for not only myself but for managers to approve as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Punctuality Summary does not match our actual punch system. Showing punctuality is lower than actual punching in/out times

Able to pinpoint what ques are needed to be covered and assigning employees to the correct ques
A great solution that runs smoothly and quickly
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to quickly view my daily schedule, and updates in my daily routine for the day, as well as requests on my shifts or OT. Honeslty my daily use of Playvox makes a huge difference in how easily I can stay on top of my day. They're also fast to respond or send me updates if needed and I it fits right in with my other apps for the workday well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints about the software at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving my issue of quickly being able to view my ever changing daily routine at my work, as well as saves me a lot of time in matters like: requesting time off, applying for overtime, making requests on my future schedules, and more. It's made a good impact.
Overall A solid experience with PlayVox
What do you like best about the product?
It's pretty user-friendly and easy to learn when using it for the 1st time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like not being able to view my calendar in different ways, like vertically or change the time a to standard 12 hour format.

Allows us to plan for ticket volume and demand!

up to date and fast and never have trouble getting in

I can access my schedule weeks ahead, it shows me my hours, overtime and alot of other things

I love everything about it, it makes things alot easier for me

Knowing my schedule ahead of time and so i can know when to request off
very easy to use and understand.
