What do you like best about the product?
Work Management, Asset Management and Material inventory.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile application, IBM MAXIMO INSPECTOR on our side it is very slow and need more fields like remarks on every Preventive maintenance checklist not only in work log.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our third party vendor is doing all they can to provide us what the company is expecting with the system.

IBM maximo will definetly help you on your manage properties

What do you like best about the product?
Maximo has a very advanced and user friendly interface.
Ability to track my KPIs is one of the key feature that I find particularly useful.
I use Purchasing, Worker order tracking and Preventive maintenance modules on a daily basis.
Maximo offers smooth and quick operation that in my opinion puts it above it's competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing in particular that i do not like about Maximo, but I believe that a few improvements in loading speed of modules can be made. Other than that I dont think that Maximo lacks in anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maximo is helping me plan out and execute my day to day jobs. It enables me to monitor my inventory levels, re-order spare parts on time by initiating alerts when the inventory level drops below a minimum threshold. It helps me in keeping my open work orders in check as well. I have the freedom to create any query in any module that i want which helps me in being even more productive at my role.

The new interface is more swift than the previous one.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customizable color coding can be introduced in Maximo scheduling module to help user in more efficient planning.

Maximo helps me in my day to day activities like Purchase requisitions, Work orders handling, keeping track of my assest and all the maintenance activities that my team performs.
