Easy and efficient way to handling work
What do you like best about the product?
A easily accessible way of representing every process from source creation to Audience studio
What do you dislike about the product?
UI requires a lot of updates, so much time is needed to depend on CLI, at least for source I/O.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Treasure Data Customer Data Platform is way better for our targeting purpose, and It helped us quickly find the targeting customer for every section for more than one scenario.

What do you like best about the product?
It support SQL presto which is really good to manipulate the data ,and we can schedule the workflow according to our need.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very slow, and some time while opening the master segment it lags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The presence of real time data to the stake holders

I tired to build the dashboard but its quite difficult to build.

We are unifying all our customer data and, unifying it and of course lot of multi channel activations which reduces the manual efforts

Very responsive Customer Success Team. They work closely with partners and clients to ensure the product implementation is done right and the value is realized. Some of the feature requests had a turnaround of less than a week!
The UI is clean and easy to understand for any non-tech-savvy business user to understand and use.
Takes very little time to learn the tool, especially for data engineers who are vital in implementing the system.
A lot of out-of-the-box connectors keep popping up. So if you don't see the one you require for your ecosystem, you are likely to have it by the time you are halfway through.

What do you dislike about the product?
CI/CD is limited to a few tools. Would like to see an integration with Azure DevOps that is more common.
The need to write a new set of workflows for Treasure Insights seems a bit of an overhead.
The ability to export segments and import them back into another (higher environment) environment would save a lot of time.

For organizations that are global and have brands that are sold globally, the ability to perform identity resolution while maintaining consent is critical. Catalog we can connect to multiple sources and website, inbuilt presto query engine, easy authentication connections,easy to create databases and tables

python eda is not good, ui have very less options, unable to rename workflow names

What do you like best about the product?
Implementaition was quite easy compared to the volume of data. Deliveries and proffessional services are at highest level. Appliaction is easy to use and gives a super overview. Number and level of standard connecters is impressive and working out of the box.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we haven't had any dislikes. We implemented the application half a year ago, and biggest issue for us, as a business, is to remember to use all the features in the application. Moving from an old mindset to a new one.

Main reason for purchase was the online orchestration. Having an overview of the customer and reaction on data instead of just pushing products.

The data integrity is up to the mark and very easy to use. We can integrate easily with other services. It provides a vast data flexibility to the users. It generates 2M events every moment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve with technology is too difficult. Treasure data must provide other services not just sales services. Provide CRM and event tracking also in your service.

Treasure data provides me business to real time customer profile data such as the delivery of historical purchases and loyalty membership information. It provides centralised location for customer data

Treasure Data enables all of the disintegrated data to come together at one place and further be used in campaigns and analysis.

Treasure Data continues to improve with new feature launches.

An organization that has been powering thousands of softwares collects huge amounts of data but when the data is siloed and not collected properly, the marketing team canot target specific audiences. Treasure data helped us overcome that blocker and helped increase revenue for our clients.
Flexible platform but sometimes hard to use.

A datalake platform with many data connections that are easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have authentication by IP whitelist is awful to use, you need to have a fixed IP. Sometimes it works very slow.

Makes it easy to create new data integrations because it has a lot of data catalogs.

The training and documentation resource available help me to answer my questions before I reach out to support.

Technical to non-technical UI integration. Suppose there was a more detailed dashboard-like landing page for non-technical users to understand the quality of the data.
