Powerful tool with a variety of possibilites
What do you like best about the product?
Treasure data has powerful tools to enable data engeneering tasks within the platforms and has a beautiful and intuitive UI for those who use it day-by-day. The variety of native integration is certainly one of the most positive points of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain core features are still in development and realtime data processing is still far from reality
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing our customer`s data in one place, easier audience segmentation, easier export to other platforms (google ads, salesforce, meta...)

No possibility to create random samples impact our use
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to understand and you can have all information on the same place.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a final user you can't use query to create a segment, you cannot create random audiences, split audiences or limit to a sample size. So when you have an A/B testing or other type of tests, you need an additional step to complete your segment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For now I have no benefits using treasure data since my main role is tests on segmentations and I cannot do my whole job on the plataform.

What do you like best about the product?
We can write etl in sql presto nad it is easy to understand, userfriendly. We can pull real time data from different sources and schedule it for a particular time periods.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can only add 35 tables in one unification and sometimes it depends upon payload of master segment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can build 360 profiles of customers, presence of real-time data.

Ease of access . Most Userfriend approach in unification and Mastersegment. Treasure data live support alos work like charm

Documentation could be more descriptive and add more sources

What do you like best about the product?
Treasure Data being a data first and data science based CDP resonates deeply with the work I've been doing in the Martech industry over the past 25 years. When building integrations with the platform it is well documented, open and extensible. Overall Treasure Data gives us a powerful platform we can put in the heart of our solutions that makes our clients more successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The flexibility of the platform means that UI features sometimes are not as powerful as back end coding capabilities. This is sometimes a barrier to entry for users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Treasure Data for multiple customers where it forms the central source of truth for their first party Martech data.

What do you like best about the product?
OOTB connector, Workflow scheduling, API
What do you dislike about the product?
Working on python in TD is very slow and need more basic documentation on that
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unification of data based on one primary key like email, is solving the problem of identifying customer over differnent brand and market and this is what is being benfitted.

sometimes it runs so slow and trouble opening.

What do you like best about the product?
User- friendly and interactive interface, can build dashboards using audience studio, can build queries using SQL and python.
What do you dislike about the product?
Has a few limitations occuring while running presto/hive based queries, few functionalities for DBMS are not supported

It collates data from multiple sources into a single master table and helps in creating a 360 degree view of the customer. Is a good platform for marketing
Treasure data User Reivew
What do you like best about the product?
Easy access to data with connectors. Schema Auto-detect. Data validation with respective source makes it easy in the activation template. Workflow seggregation are easy to track what is acutally required.
What do you dislike about the product?
When hitting workflow its taking time to load. On click run on workflow it could be better if we can see latest run automatically. Currently we need to manually refresh to see the latest run.

We are working on customer data to solve data mismatch and fetching data for bussiness requirement using sql. And executitng workflow to achive customer requirement.
