What do you like best about the product?
The most mature and complete solution in CDP marketplace, from data integration to data activation and performance measurement. Ability to implement at scale is a key asset.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interfaces available in english only, some pain points with Google platforms, level of pricing.
Need to add other languages and resolve the connectivity to Google DV360.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The solution provides the offline/online reconciliation needed to better understand the customer journey and optimize the contact plan with customers. This improves the media efficiency and the sales conversion

Powerful and scalable tool for both sizable groups or little entities!
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is powerful and scalable and the team is greatly supportive for its adoption. We have implemented it over 10 sub-brands within 10+ european countries and the unification process and workflow performed well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were no indication to inform the user if we were maximizing the volume of unification i.e. we were unifying profiles as much as we could.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows tailored and more efficient targetting of clients and prospects and, consequently cost optimization. It has a high value for brands willing to take the most of there online and CRM data.
Easy to use database platform with vast range of external data connections
What do you like best about the product?
It is eas to use and has many connectors to both export the data, so you can analyze or visualize, or to import data from external sources. It allows us to sent live data via Rest API connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is rather on the expensive side for a company of our size. There is quite limited memory allocation so larger queries can fail to run when executed. Also there is quite limited amout of total rows that we are allowed to store for our subscribtion level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to import live data from our games (ve are videogaming company) and subsequently analyze it. It also is a main hub for our financial and sales data
TD- Pros and Cons
What do you like best about the product?
Treasure data is CDP platform. it is a complete package in itself. it not only has additional feature of Normal data ware house but also has data viusalaisation abalities and ML ablities using TD insight. it also has secure acess by integrating it with various SSO authentication . adn data privacy requirement such as data masking can be done easily
What do you dislike about the product?
User community outside offcially support is very small though as it is based on presto one can utilise presto community for any questions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Treasure data reduced the need of multiple tools such dat awarehouse, elt tool, data visuallisation tool . it is complete package initself and is onestop solution fo everything .
Treasure Data is the best CDP for most companies
What do you like best about the product?
Treasure Data is extremely customisable, and enables customers to be fairly independent / autonomous on the platform. For customers above 50 employees, say, this is extremely helpful. As a consultant who helps large companies choose and implement CDPs, I would say it's in fact crucial.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboarding capabilities of TD are not exceptional, although I would say they're above average. In general, I would recommend users to rely on external dashboarding software like PowerBI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary use of TD CDP is to reconcile online (behavioral) and offline (transactional) data. Such data generally live on different systems and are just very different from a structure perspective. (Behavioral is messy and nested; transactional is clean and tabular.) That way, we can get a 360-view of the user journey, create segments that take both sources of data into account, and increase marketing efficency.

What do you like best about the product?
Treasure data is the best independant platform to date :
- From data aggregation perspective : the ability to collect the data from the website through owned pixel is great, the native connector enables collections from top ressources
- From data processing and 360° customer view : you can use onshelf algo or build your own
- From activation processing : the audience x segment builder is great to build a shared template

The independance comes with the necessity to integrate with the martech ecosystem ( versus integrated CDP ).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building a 360° customer view from online and offline customers (stores) and reselling network). The core issue is the ability to have the perspective of what is the customer doing with the brand + estimating future revenue (CLTV forecast with ML models)
TD's CDP is a good tool, certainly improvable, but I would use it on other clients

the interface is very intuitive. The use of the algorithm for data collection and the granularity in the creation of segments.
It was very useful in the client's media strategies, but also in the economic savings its use brought.

The flow between agency, client and TD can be improved in CDP management.
In addition, the low match rate on some big players like google or yahoo caused difficulties in using this data on campaigns.

CDP allowed us to exclude from the campaigns, all those who had bought cars in the last few years, so it brought an economic saving.
