Treasure Data makes customer segmentation and activation manageable and scalable for our clientele.
What do you like best about the product?
For me, the best part of Treasure Data is the solution's flexibility. The platform does an excellent job blending a marketer-friendly UI with a powerful backend for engineers. The automation of data ingestion pipelines is one of the most challenging tasks that I regularly face in this industry due to the variance in the technical capacity of various data collection partners and providers. Treasure Data workflows have consistently given us the ability to flex our ingestion methodology to get the most granular and fresh data possible, no matter how the root data is captured or stored.
When it comes to User management and access, I've found that Treasure Data's 'Policies' feature is very intuitive and simple to build out compared to similar cloud-based platforms. I have not encountered a level of access that cannot be easily configured using this system for access provision. 'Policies' don't only address access to general areas of the platform, but also allow for the control of access to PII within the various layers, which is an extremely helpful feature when scaling across a large organization.
The documentation and customer support has been excellent and above average compared to other vendors within this industry.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are a number of features that are available via the command line integration and workflows that are not easily accessible via the UI. That said, I have found this isn't an issue as long as tasks are logically distributed amongst technical and non-technical users. Also, it's very clear that Treasure Data is regularly making progress to make the experience in the UI align more directly to what's occuring on the backend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Treasure Data is helping our clients solve for siloed 1P data sources and the lack of scalable activation use cases for this data. For those companies with multiple brands and/or multiple markets, Treasure Data is enabling a total-org view of data that has been almost impossible to accomplish with other more generic data warehousing tools.

Best in class CDP
What do you like best about the product?
Analytics features. Machine Learning modeling and the treasure boxes open up a lot of possibilities. Segmentation is very easy and intiuitive. Can make nested segments which is a better offering than some other CDPs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be difficult to use the query feature and create workflows and does require technical expertise to be able to write SQL.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building a single guest view from a client's data set. Being able to action a clients use cases by intelligently targetting segments.

What do you like best about the product?
Marketers I work with Have loved working in TD. The platform is intuitive and fast. ML capabilities are well put together, being both transparent and customizable even for the OOTB version, meaning marketers can build them out with a bit of trainig.
Implementation teams have all reported back to me on an excellent design in the back-end, making the setup process smooth, leading to a great end product.
Finally, the support teams have been exceptional to work with throughout, and regularly delivered above expectations to make the product deliver

What do you dislike about the product?
The v4 UI was challenging for some of the less-advanced marketers; however, the comprehensive training dealt with that, and the v5 upgrade pretty much alleviated all the challenging aspects here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unifying some pretty complex and enormous data sets. We've also ingested some custom models and made them available for marketers at a very good scale.

The easy and configurable feature of stitching the client's first-party, second-party, third-party, in-house data together to weave a complete customer journey.

Treasure Data CDP is a leading CDP platform that is ever-evolving and continuously upgrading in terms of new integrations, techniques of smartly creating a data lake, and immense power of computing

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best is the huge list of built-in connectors and also some workflows to help with the customer unification; without that, the implementation type would be at least double, but this helped us SO MUCH that this function alone makes the whole platform worth it, i LOVE IT, it is way better than previous providers that I've worked with
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like the lack of documentation for the "hidden" workflows, such as the customer unification one. Our work would be more accessible if the Treasure data team had all workflows documented, and it would also be easier to get new partners
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are efficiently solving some problems such as customer data centralization and some organizational stuff; The customer unification workflow is simply the best. It solves the majority of the issues that we would have if we need to set up everything manually; with the Treasure Data platform, we can centralize everything that we need and also quickly activate segments to marketing activation tools without having to use some middleware, and this is a HUGE benefit when compared with others CDPs
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend to everyone that needs a CDP to try the Treasure data one since its one of the easier to learn and also the most complete with built-in features such as connectors and the ability to write python code

I didn't like the audience studio UI. But with the V5 version, everything has been improved

We had a problem with creating a unique ID for all my clients. Thanks to TD Unification Workflow, everything was resolved, and the client satisfied

What do you like best about the product?
Treasure Data has many rich APIs, so you can connect to any of your customer data source and can be unified . Its query retrieving and analysing performance is at its best. A great tool to analyse your customer data.

So far I liked the tool for the options and performance it is providing.

We were getting data from different sources, with Treasure Data we have loaded our siloed customers data from mobile, web, sms and offline sources and unified it at one place to do our analysis and reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
The integrations with data sources, the schemaless databases, and the bespoke segmentation possibilities make Treasure Data a great CDP. We've had the pleasure of rolling out globally, and the availability of how we can connect to multiple data sources and build workflows with the help of the TD support team is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little bit clunky and needs better UI to help with the ease of performing tasks. We're currently training users, and it's not as easy to filter while building segments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're building multi-brand and data source segments to help with consumer marketing campaigns. We're reaching new audiences of unknown site visitors and have a quicker turnaround to target them with relevant campaigns.
Best CDP on the market
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me to track all our users. ETL workflows are really good. Live 24/7 support with a person that actually knows something. A tech person.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of addons cost more and more money and arent included in the original package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its a central part of automating our business in many ways.
