What do you like best about the product?
I like the services that Neo4j offers. It is easy to use and very helpful for our use case.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about Neo4j. I dislike the learning curve that it takes to be proficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Neo4j is helping us guide physicians with a graph.

The documentation and graph academy are thorough and very helpful

When initially playing around with it, some of the plugins were hard to use or become deprecated.

Neo4j is helping us provide personalized context to our users.

What do you like best about the product?
neo4j is blazing fast, has a very robust community for support and documentation. also much more capabilities and native plugins for data science and analytics use cases
What do you dislike about the product?
the team seems to be having some difficulty working with an etl framework that involves going from the azure eventhub to hop. seems that with the apache arrow integration, it may solve this issue. tbd
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
neo4j is crucial to helping us achieve the intelligent user experience of providing users the content that is most relevant for them through recommendations. we are becoming more efficient with the way we are processing these.

It's natural way of presenting the data and the performance improvements it brings.

The cypher language represented a barrier to getting started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Neo4j offers a great way to spin up a new data store allowing us to solve problems faster. The flexible no-sql schema makes this possible.

Easy to get up and running quickly with basic Cypher; many more features and capabilities available for advanced users.

Still challenging to introduce graph concepts to non-users; visual graphs can have too much data and too many possibilities to explore

What do you like best about the product?
I get to serve as ENX's lead data scientist - because of this, I am knee deep in Neo often. I love the connected of data - allow analyses that normally would take weeks to put together to take days!
What do you dislike about the product?
I know it is going to sound cliche - however, I haven't found many things I dislike yet. I am a relatively new user, and am recently diving into all things that are possible. I am excited to jump into connector s and plug ins.

No more SQL joins! Also - we serve many clients from different industries - bringing in data from ALL over from multiple sources. This tool helps us to that simply and quickly

The ability to tie together vastly diverse datasets within our service offerings, compare them to provisioning (actual) and automate remediation as well as traditional reporting functionalities.
This has allowed us to rapidly create functionality where no native integrations exist and map our client experience with our service catalog (planned services)

What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest difficulty is creating customized graph native applications, as we don't currently have modern SPA development teams within our company. the neo4j browser is still too technical for most of our end-users. It sounds like the new workspace integrations may help solve some of these issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are validating our services vs service offerings sold are matching up, and using graph queries to automate remediation tickets and reporting when they do not align.
Also solving data accuracy by verifying accounts in different systems are provisioned/named properly (by identifying missing relationships).
We are rapidly identifying over or underprovisioning of services for our clients so we can remediate them before it becomes an issue.

Easy to understand yet powerful platform
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to understand, easy to sign up and learn more about. Good reference material and documentation to follow and learn from.
What do you dislike about the product?
While easy to start with, cypher queries can get complicated really quickly and requires time to master.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Modeling our Industry and Business domain. I'm hoping to create a set of models that will help people understand our Industry and Business better, particularly for younger generation.
