They move so fast!

What do you like best about the product?
I talk to lots of vendors and normally they say "it's on our roadmap" as a way of saying, "we can't do that and probably never will." But hightough actually delivers their "it's on our roadmap" features in a matter of weeks. We've been with them for 1 year and just renewed a 2-year extension and they've evolved the product way past what we asked for.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you use it a lot it can get a bit cluttered. Would be great to have a way to limit visible syncs to specific user groups so that people can find what they need more quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They've helped us weaponize our data warehouse. They've also liberated our poor integrations team that used to do all this work on their own. It's so much easier to plug/play and let the integrations engineers work on other tricky things.

What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch continues to help us evolve by integrating different tools used by other teams into Salesforce. I'm not technical and the user interface is very easy to use. Great help center that is easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't run into anything that I don't like at this time :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main issue was disconnected systems that before Hightouch took 10+ hours of manual work.

What do you like best about the product?
You'll see similar diagrams on various websites showing data piping from various services into one place. And if you're like me, you've tried them and found the kind of work, but fall down at some point. Hightouch may not yet cover all possible services plugged together, but for the ones that they do support, the syncs *just work*. We saved days or weeks of time getting syncs going with Hightouch that were causing us trouble with competitor products or writing by hand in code.
What do you dislike about the product?
The service is still relatively early and they don't yet have every data source and destination under the sun, but they're constantly adding new ones and listen to customers to help prioritise where they invest their time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Syncing data from multiple sources so that we have a single one-way data flow so that all services we use have the same information about our customers within them

What do you like best about the product?
We mainly use hightouch for demand generation purposes. When you have a million companies in your CRM it’s really tough to get a million accurate records.
Using hightouch we're able to extract, clean and sync the data from our warehouse directly with the platform we use for acquisition.
We create accurate and up-to-date Linkedin ads audience and enroll prospects in sequences based on several components that we fetch from different database. This is one of the nerve centers of our stack
What do you dislike about the product?
Product is still in his debuts, so there are room for improvements but no bottlenecks yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data cleaning and synchronization with sources that don't have native integration.
Eg: When you want to sync a list of domains with LinkedIn ads, you can use Hubspot x Linkedin integration but you can't filter the data you send, meaning if one of your records is not accurate, it will skew the matching.
With Hightouch, you're free to send the records and data you want. Using it, we've reached a 90% match rate on the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I don't think I've seen a tool that bridges the gap between data practitioners (analysts, data engineers, analytics engineers) and end business users. Hightouch has improved our offline data flows into 3rd-party platforms by 10x. Makes it super easy for both teams to collaborate on data transfers, make adjustments/improvements over time, set up alerting to notify of data downtime etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
As mentioned above, Hightouch bridgets the gap between data practitioners and end business users. That means it requires data practitioners for a lot of the workflows. If you are a business owner looking for tool to help you manage data transfers between internal systems and 3rd-party tools and DON'T have a robust analytics / analytics engineering organization, this probably isn't the best tool for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Offline conversion flows in core ad platforms, CRM management ensures data is coming from a centralized source of truth, first-party audiences etc. It takes half the time to manage these flows and is much more effective as there is no longer a need to involve an engineer to build custom pipelines for each third-party app.

easy reverse ETL

What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch has made collaboration across my organization easier - when I'm trying to troubleshoot analytics enrichment in Salesforce with my Salesforce admin, it's much easier to share the sync history in Hightouch than some logs from a custom Python script. Integration with dbt Cloud works reasonably well with the occasional hiccup, Slack integration is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only feature I wish they would add is programmatic/API access to the sync history; once or twice I have wanted to find if a particular record id has been updated within a certain time frame and it would be MUCH easier to query an API than click through weeks worth of sync results but there is no option now except clicking in the UI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a data scientist on a team of only 3, Hightouch lets me spend less time on CRM enrichment and more time on actual analysis

Good customer service and reliable syncs

What do you like best about the product?
Transparent syncs and able to debug If any errors. We were able to do some upstream clean of data thanks to the sync logs. Lots of connectors and with the Custom API one you got all covered. Support from the team is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing model based on MQRs (Monthly queried records) makes hard to estimate beforehand. Would be great to offer more transparent pricing in the public website. Also for business growing is pricey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reverse ETL. Move data from our main data warehouse (BigQuery) and sync it with downstream applications like Iterable, Google Firestore, Salesforce, Cdps, etc...

What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch does all the heavy lifting for maintaining integrations + speeds up implementation given we do not need to review / learn a destination API. The cost of their service is significantly less than the cost for us to build and maintain these integrations. Since adopting the product and migrating jobs to Hightouch, we have saved and estimated ~50k during the first year of developer time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a growing company, so it has its quirks for certain niche integration types, and at times it prevents our ability to use certain destinations out of the box. However, its speed of product development consistently impresses me. They respond to feature requests quickly, minimally updating you where it is on the roadmap. The majority of the time when this scenario comes up we just add a little bit more time to our project plan and they deliver the added functionality that unblocks us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. It solves the cost of maintenance of systems. We no longer need to worry about updates to APIs
2. It allows for a wider array of team members to contribute to this piece of our data pipeline since all the work is SQL based
3. It increases our velocity of development. We no longer need to spend time on the integration piece of a project, we just need to focus on the data's structure and shape

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to create audiences and also easy to setup sync to different platforms like Monegage and Rudderstack
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the sync might fail and should have a filter option to search which the query id
