Simple and functional

What do you like best about the product?
Once it's properly setup, it's easy to understand the basic features. Building models and activating syncs is very straightforward. The customer support works very well in the slack channel, although other messaging tools could be supported.
What do you dislike about the product?
The usability and smoothness of interface usage could be improved. The possibility of ordering the lists of models and sycns would be very helpful, for example. Also, I would like to have the option to duplicate syncs to reuse some settings (with option to change de model).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can use it as a hub to gather data from our datalake and sending them to other endpoints. This provides us a good amount of flexibility to solve problems ina simple way.

What do you like best about the product?
It integrates with all the different tools we use, and was the only solution I could find that does this. Other similar software would integrate with most, but lack 1-2. This was allowed me to integrate our database, to our CRM, and our CSP (and more).
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have limited data you need to sync then it's a great starter solution. But it gets very expensive if you need to use the paid solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to integrate our site data, database warehouse, CRM and CSP together. Data can then be shared between all of these different sources. Everything is automatically synced after we query our database, and it goes straight to our CRM and our CSP.

There's a seamless workflow for our data team to create data frames, and for systems owners to connect that data.

Its object associations in HubSpot could be improved

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to integrate with diffrent destinations. They have good customer support. Nicole DeSantis from customer support has helped me debug issue faser and very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Schema and debugging was harder to setup initally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hightough to write data from warehouse to diffrent tools, and it has helped me do it seamlessly.

Ship data between platforms within minutes!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface, such that you can set up sources, destinations and syncs within minutes. I love the sequences feature, which helps to ensure that the syncs are run in sequence. Integration with commonly used platforms are a breeze. Without hightouch, we would be spending so much more time in developing solutions rather than activating campaigns and analyzing data. Love it!
Customer support is fantatstic too. Highly recommended!
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing model could be more friendly for start-ups by going by number of destinations instead of number of syncs. Reason being, there are many individual use cases, that require separate syncs, so it is difficult to limit the number of syncs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing data together from multiple platforms, especially from the database and warehouse into other services downstream such as marketing automation tools, googlesheets, CRM tools etc.

Hightouch unlocks new capabilities for our data team

What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch is an extremely flexible platform, when we're deciding how to do something I can't tell you how many times the answer is "we can do it with hightouch".
What do you dislike about the product?
The most difficult part of using hightouch is how the user needs to be extremely careful with their primary keys, especially with event driven syncs. I wouldn't necessarily trust a less experienced analyst or engineer to get everything set up correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hightouch lets us set up real time alerts to slack so stakeholders can know as soon as something they care about happens in the platform. This supports both our ops and product teams. We also use it to sync data transformed with dbt in our data warehouse to financial planning tools, customer service platforms, and a few other places.
